Most of the front desk staff is nice and friendly. Our renovated room was OK. Long wait to at restaurants (more casual lobby restaurant and the Chinese. Encountered a couple of unprofessional staff needing basic guest relations training.

Breakfast is great, great location as near to mall, mcd and jollybee.
Nearby all good restaurant, and also walking distance to shopping mall, bed is good.

The stay at Acacia is not what we expected. The room light is dim, the hot water is not working. Their bedsheet are already old. It is not as white. I may be staying at a 3 star hotel. Buffet was great but the place is too old. The chairs and carpet are not clean. Will not visit again.

It was a good stay. Quiet place. Just that the water is not that hot for a bathtub. Overall was okay. Food are great, has few varieties on buffet. Good restaurants at hotel.
