Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Freundlicher Empfang, Personal ist grundsätzlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Wellness Bereich ist super. Das Frühstücks Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Essen ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel hat ein wunderbares Ambiente. Die Umgebung Freiburg und Breisgau sehenswert. Wanderung auf den Tuniberg. Absolut für einen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert.

Moin Folks, wenn einer eine Reise unternimmt, mit der Bahn, mit dem Flugzeug, mit dem Fahrrad und oder Auto, nun man kann viel erzählen. Hier durch die Not, zu spät nach einem Hotel Ausschau gehalten zu haben, gelandet, war ich echt überrascht. Tolles Ambiente und schöne Zimmer, hier ist das Sorglosrundumpaket Standard und ruft nach einer oder mehreren Wiederholungen. Hat mir sehr gefallen.

This is a really special place to stay. They had an elegant outdoor BBQ one night we were there that felt as fancy as a wedding. The service was incredible! My kids had an amazing time swimming in the delightful pool. Our family-style room was enormous and we had a lovely balcony. In the United States, a stay like this would have been much more expensive.

The hotel has a wonderful setting, with excellent restaurant and a superb breakfast. The waiting staff are lovely and friendly. However we were most disappointed with our small and quite stuffy room, situated on the ground floor overlooking a busy and quite noisy road where we needed to have the window open to get any air. I was doubly disappointed as we had stayed in a room on the same floor in February, which was similarly unappealing, and my husband who had been previously to vet the hotel rooms, assured me that on your return we were likely to have a better room. I would encourage anyone booking to make sure that they are not in the ground floor (odd number) rooms
