TOP Hotel in perfekter Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Blick auf
den See. Personal super freundlich. Bei der zweiten Buchung gab es einen Obstteller als Willkommensgeschenk.

Service war makellos. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross, sauber und modern. Im Badezimmer gibt es hochwertige Pflegeprodukte. Das Essen war allerdings das grösste Highlight. Von Vorspeise bis zum Dessert war alles ausgezeichnet! Grosses Lob an die Küche.👨🏻🍳🙌🏼

Avril 2024 En couple Un tout grand merci à I équipe de Hôtel Palma au lac Locarno ! Depuis le moment où nous avons passer la porte de la réception on c'est senti a laise avec un accueil formidable et avec un grand sourire. La chambre et la vue on été d'un émerveillement total. Tout le personnel est au petits soins . Du petit-déjeuner au repas de midi au souper personnels toujours souriant et prêt pour nous rendre un séjour merveilleux. En un mot ! Hôtel bien situé, calme et propre, bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue sur lac. Proche de toutes activités et de la fameuse piazza grande. Personnel très avenant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, c’est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons. Merci à toute l’équipe.

Das Team war außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir konnten besondere Kopfkissen auswählen.Zum Geburtstag kam sogar eine süße, individuell gestaltete Aufmerksamkeit aus der Küche und eine Glückwunschkarte aufs Zimmer. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Lago Maggiore erfreute uns jeden Tag.

Super séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel idéalement situé, proche du centre-ville, de la gare et le lac à ses pieds. Le personnel est très accueillants et aux petits soins. Excellent petit déjeuner, restauration le soir au top. La terrasse avec vue et jacuzzi est un must. Une douche au lieu de la baignoire dans la salle de bain serait plus confortable. C’est le seul bémol. Pour le reste l’hôtel mérite la note maximale. Merci à tout le personnel, du grand manager aux femmes de chambre qui accomplissent leur travail avec professionnalisme et avec le sourire.
