Avril 2024 En couple Un tout grand merci à I équipe de Hôtel Palma au lac Locarno ! Depuis le moment où nous avons passer la porte de la réception on c'est senti a laise avec un accueil formidable et avec un grand sourire. La chambre et la vue on été d'un émerveillement total. Tout le personnel est au petits soins . Du petit-déjeuner au repas de midi au souper personnels toujours souriant et prêt pour nous rendre un séjour merveilleux. En un mot ! Génial Un grand merci à vous tous notre séjour à été parfait. Jacques et Marie-José. Ps nous reviendrons certainement

Well located hotel, quiet and clean, enjoying a magnificent view of the lake. Close to all activities and the famous Piazza Grande. Very friendly staff. We had an excellent stay, we will be happy to return. Thanks to the whole team.

The team was extremely friendly and attentive. We were able to choose special pillows. For our birthday we even received a sweet, individually designed gift from the kitchen and a greeting card in our room. The view of Lake Maggiore from the balcony delighted us every day.

Great stay in this magnificent hotel, ideally located, close to the city center, the train station and the lake at its feet. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. Excellent breakfast, excellent evening catering. The terrace with view and jacuzzi is a must. A shower instead of the bathtub in the bathroom would be more comfortable. That's the only downside. For the rest, the hotel deserves the maximum score. Thank you to all the staff, from the great manager to the housekeepers who carry out their work with professionalism and with a smile.
