Murayama Nishiguchi Hotel

It's right in front of the station. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, Mac, Daiso, rental cars, etc. within walking distance, making it convenient for business and sightseeing. The building is new and clean. This time I had a twin room, but the room was normal and didn't feel oppressive. However, there is no closet and it is difficult to store clothes for two people in the 15cm gap at the entrance. I wonder what I would do if I had a winter coat. The wall is empty but there are no hooks, I wish I had one. The bathhouse is on the 1st floor, but there is only one elevator, so I share the ride with business people and people who are checking in after taking a bath.

The hotel is new and beautiful, but it doesn't feel clean. A mask was left behind the air purifier, and the cup tray remained dirty. I felt especially anxious during this coronavirus pandemic. The guide posted in each room says, ``Please try to keep your room tidy.If the room is messy, the cleaner may not clean it at the discretion of the cleaners,'' and ``Do not use the laundry every day, but store it up before using it.'' ”, etc. were written with detailed instructions. This seemed to be a training camp hotel for driving school students, and there was no written or verbal explanation for the general public, so I was confused until I got used to it. The woman at the front desk gave the wrong number of meal tickets, and the system changed when the person in charge changed, so I felt the service was unstable, even though the restaurant hadn't just opened. Meals are minimal. I gave it 3 stars because the building is good, but the service is out of the question. One star.

It was a convenient hotel next to the station, and it was good that the large public bath, which had been suspended due to the corona whirlpool, was reopened, but it was a hotel for training camps with a top-down view. I stayed two nights with two meals, but the food was the worst during my one-month trip to Tohoku, so I went on a diet.
