The reception manager is very rude… in the hotel pool there was **** like a sack in the photos that I stepped on… the pool was closed after that, and could not be used, and I hired a hotel that could use the pool and Everything would be clean and room service does not come and if you go to the reception to ask them to come and clean they hesitate and tell you that everything is clean…. I have photos and videos and I have reported it and I do not recommend it at all.

The experience and stay here has been very good, it was the second time I came here with my partner and this time it has been better than the previous one. The fridge in the room worked properly, the location of the hotel is perfect, it has many supermarkets nearby and also fast food restaurants. In terms of cleanliness, the room still smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room, just like the first time I was here. The dryer has to be pressing a button all the time and eventually your fingers get tired, and at least in our last room there was no plug in the bathroom so I couldn't straighten my hair in front of the mirror. Otherwise, the treatment was very good and the bed very large and comfortable.

He estado alojado ya en el hotel, cabe destacar que tras la reforma ha quedado genial, hemos estado alojados en la habitación Junior Suite, la cual está genial, muy espaciosa, cama King size y con dos televisores muy grandes, tanto en el salón como en el dormitorio, también dispone de otro cuarto de baño, aparte del de la suite.

Ni un solo pero, no entiendo por qué no habia estado antes, he ido en pleno Entierro de la Sardina, cosa que se agradece estar más alejado (25 minutos del centro) para poder aparcar y descansar y es la cama que mejor he dormido en mucho tiempo, las almohadas Pikolin hasta pienso comprarlas, me cuesta mucho descansar en sitios ajenos por muy geniales que sean y aquí literalmente como una Reina dormí, la habitación amplia y limpia, los únicos peros es que siendo precio de 115€ por ser un evento de Fiesta, podrian habernos regalado aunque sea el botellin de agua del minibar porque queda cutre cobrar todo aparte. Vistas buenas en lo alto y paredes gruesas, baño amplio aunque la bañera no llevaba tapón y solo pude ducharme. La TV gigante delante de la cama, un lujo para ver pelis. Encantada de volver en verano y probar la piscina y demás instalaciones.
