It is a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel. In the middle of nowhere and with a pool that soon gives you shade.

Main area of hotel is lovely. Pool looks great until you see the missing tiles making it look shabby. The bathroom in the room had black all around shower base and if you wanted a bath it took forever to fill as water pressure was terrible. The spa was nothing like the pictures advertised, it was dirty and run down. I have stayed at many hilton hotels but would not return to this one.

had a fab stay here , such a fab hotel rooms were nice and spacius and staff were so good, breakfast was first class , the resort la torre was fabulous ate in all different restaurants on the resort such a large variety cant wait to go back again in the summer

Stayed at hotel for the week, staff very friendly, pool was lovely but not open until 11am for some reason, had a massage which was great, it’s a really nice hotel, downsides were no lunch menu, breakfast was ok but due to the hotel being quiet the food was just warm, rooms are fine but need a bit more of a clean as some dirt marks in bathroom, bed was big but very soft which wasn’t great for my back, obviously we went in February so the resort was quiet it was a case of play golf or get drunk at the bar round the corner, we came across a cafe/bar called Sophie’s which was really nice and did pies/ham baguette/cake which was lovely, the Irish bar when open has great music and makes the place feel more lively, apparently there are more bars near the back gate which we only got told about on the last night, would go again but at a busier time, you also definitely need a car to get out and about

Definitely not 5 star.....waited half an hour hanging about reception to get checked in..... The pool outside our room smelt...... A 5 star should surely offer tea/coffee making facilities in a room. The bathroom/toilet was not cleaned properly. Rusty fittings and no bag in the bin which had rubbish it.. Restaurant food was nice but menu is sp****..... Breakfast was horrid. I love boiled eggs but not these ones. If I had eaten it I would have been 🤢 the white was raw.....boil your eggs for a couple of minutes longer chef.. Won't check in again. Thankful only stayed one night...

The lake next to the hotel was low on water & high on plastics. A real shame because the hotel & the facilities are fantastic.
