Hotel semplice e da rimodernare, con un ottimo prezzo per essere praticamente in centro. Nelle vie di fronte si trova tranquillamente parcheggio. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva nella zona centrale di Murcia. Sempre disponibili e gentili alla reception, aperta 24/24h. Nelle stanze si sente un rumore, forse un generatore, ma poi ci si abitua.

Première chambre, douche bouchée. On n'a pas eu le temps de voir plus, on nous donne une autre chambre similaire. La pomme de douche est vide, donc l'eau sort directement du tuyau. Une applique ne fonctionne pas et l'autre fait stroboscope. Pour fermer le volet roulant, obliger d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour jouer les Mac giver. La serrure de la porte croche. On entend très bien nos voisins de chambre. Bref, hâte d'être à demain pour évaluer ma nuit. Et en plus, pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner... Seul le personnel est très bien. Poli et à l'écoute. Même eux mériteraient un meilleur hôtel...

This stay was honestly not enjoyable. We sustained constant loud construction works, people yelling and shouting and banging doors noises during day and also during the night, including well past mid night and early morning. Leaking shower taps sprying all trougout the bathroom and to the bedroom. Moldy curtains, and severely decayed furniture. Amenities were almost non existant, a full set of towels was missing, not even a full spare roll of toilet paper, or enough soap to finish off a one person single shower was provided. Staff tremendously rude and unhelpful, basically requesting us to deal directly with cleaning staff for any issues. Disappointing listing, i won't come again, and ill suggest ******* shall consider removing this listing from data base. Overall it has been uncomfortable, under equipped stay in a leaky and decayed loud place, where is not even possible to sleep.

The room was not clean, nor the sheets on the bed. Despite the hotel being quite empty, the receptionist was singing and screaming from 5 am, horrible hotel. Never again
