Breakfast was terrible. We were there at 7:30 and nearly everything was empty. Bedding was bad: no top sheet and comforter was stained. This place is not up to Fairfield Inn standards.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Staff rude... when booking through Marriott app I showed up to hotel and they said they had no rooms available. I stated I booked through app, which still was saying I could book a room at this hotel. Hotel proceeded to turn me away with no compensation or any assistance. Also to add, I have titanium elite status due to exclusively using only Marriott for work and leisure travel. Unacceptable customer service, would rate a 0 star if I could.

Unfortunately, I did not check trip advisor reviews before my stay. I paid $196 for 1 night. The room smelled like a locker room. I went to wash my hands and there was no hand soap. I asked the front desk for soap and he apologized that the hotel had been out. He recommended I use the body wash attached to the wall in the shower. I had already done this but it was a stretch. When I pulled the comforter back for bed there was no top sheet. I know some hotels are now using duvet covers instead of sheets but there was no duvet. I knew the comforters would not be washed daily. The front desk employee was nice and got me a set of clean sheets. Sleeping in was also not an option because the curtains did not close completely. The first few hooks on the curtains were bent and prevented the curtains from closing completely.

I was charged twice. Garrett is the only person working at that hotel that was kind. They had no housekeeping scheduled due to a holiday. So I towels sitting outside of my room for 1-2 days.

Room keys kept failing. Bug infestation in one of our rooms. Small breakfast area. Pool in construction. Treadmill failed while coworker was running on it.

Air freshener in the room was sickly sweet and made my sinuses go crazy; nice headache all night and most of the next day. If your policy is to not vacuum the rooms the carpet should be dirt colored rather than dark blue. Breakfast was good..

As a Marriott loyalty customer I suspect Marriott would be mortified if they knew the standards of this property. On check in no acknowledgment of our Marriott status. We had to ask about breakfast times. The pool was empty with a cardboard box at the bottom, the electrical closet had a key left in the lock, the guest laundry was out of order as well as one of the elevators. Our deadbolt didn't bolt so the only security was the regular lock. Rusty hinges on the curtain hardware and the shower curtain rod. The shower head leaked and shot water onto the ceiling and into the room and the curtain was too short. Sheets were scratchy, dated interior and fittings were worn. The only breakfast fruit was very brown bananas and the only creamers were french vanilla. They did not have any eggs and we were told the truck is coming today. The saddest issue was the staff. No one seemed happy, no one greeted us or even smiled when we came in contact. A dour environment.
