As a Marriott loyalty customer I suspect Marriott would be mortified if they knew the standards of this property. On check in no acknowledgment of our Marriott status. We had to ask about breakfast times. The pool was empty with a cardboard box at the bottom, the electrical closet had a key left in the lock, the guest laundry was out of order as well as one of the elevators. Our deadbolt didn't bolt so the only security was the regular lock. Rusty hinges on the curtain hardware and the shower curtain rod. The shower head leaked and shot water onto the ceiling and into the room and the curtain was too short. Sheets were scratchy, dated interior and fittings were worn. The only breakfast fruit was very brown bananas and the only creamers were french vanilla. They did not have any eggs and we were told the truck is coming today. The saddest issue was the staff. No one seemed happy, no one greeted us or even smiled when we came in contact. A dour environment.
