The picture that listed with the hotel for booking does match the image of the hotel, the room were not clean ,horrible smell, shower had black stains/foul odor. Our room had spiders it was one of the reason we left.I checked out early and the manager had to refund me 3 nights already paid, the manager( who is the owner) never refunded the money. I was calling the hotel day after day , he never answered my calls or returned any of my voicemails THAT IS SCAM !!. The worst thing is that I made a claim to WYNDHAM customer care and submitted the complaint, I talked to many supervisor, one of them also called the hotel , the manager never response . In the end it was a waste of my time because Wyndham customer care said that Baymont by Wyndham Murfreesboro was independent, that they couldn’t do anything about it, and I would have to keep insisting on my refund on my own . WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN/ OR RECOMMEND ANY OF THOSE HOTELES

First thing we noticed was all of the lights worked! Not only that, but they were strategically located in very convenient places. The bed was very comfortable, which is important to me. There were also pillows that I loved. We usually travel with our own, but I didn’t have to go out to the car to get mine! Bathroom had multicolored lights that lent to a little bit of a fun mood. There was an attendant at breakfast, which is something I haven’t seen for a while. It was wonderful, he did his job well! The food was hot with eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, and the other things you normally see. The food was also tasty and the area was clean. We took advantage of our Wyndham points, and our total cost was just $78 , who can complain about that?! We’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it for others.

Avoid like the plague! Hands down the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Booked online through a third party site because we needed a place last minute. Got there after 11 at night. Our room had a balcony facing the pool. There were lots of obnoxious guests having a party at the pool. Very loud. We immediately tried calling the front desk to complain, but the phone in the room didn't work. I used my cell phone to call, and the person at the front desk said he was aware that the guests were staying at the pool past curfew, but they wouldn't listen to him when he told them to leave the pool. He said he would try again. We thought OK, let's take a shower, and maybe by the time we finish, they will be gone. Went to the bathroom and turned on the light. No joke, the overhead light was flashing like a strobe light at a discotheque. It would have been enough to give someone an epileptic seizure. We decided to just ask for a refund. We went to the front desk and turned in our keys, and the guy said someone would process our refund in the morning. After 4 days, no refund and getting the run around when we call to check on the status. Horrible!!! 0 stars!

New hotels are going up all of the time. They can be innovative and pristine—almost antiseptic. There is still a special place for older hotels. They are charming and still have many of the same features of their new cousins. This hotel fits that description. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our guest room was quiet and clean. The bathroom was a little small for a big guy like me, but it still sparkled upon entry. The bed was very comfortable with a great variety of pillows to prop up yourself to watch the colorful picture on the HDTV. There is a restaurant in the lobby and an indoor pool that has a passageway that can lead you right into the outdoor pool. The best part of this location is that Starbucks is on one side of the property and Panera is on the other. Those twin amenities make this a very convenient place to stay—old or new.
