Fui con grupo en marzo 2024 y el trato amistoso/familiar es difícil de mejorar. Desayuno correcto, sin grandes cantidades de nada, pero muy bueno. El menú para las cenas, muy bueno y variado. Incluso con opciones en caso de intolerancia, alergia o inapetencia! Camas muy cómodas, limpieza muy correcta y habitaciones amplias. En definitiva, nos encantó a todxs y éramos un grupo algo nuneroso.

Hôtel très agréable, d’une grande propreté. Les chambres sont bien équipées et confortables. Le personnel est très chaleureux. Le restaurant présente une carte à des prix raisonnables et les plats sont succulents. Le petit déjeuner est varié.

Ήταν το ορμητήριο μας για την εξερεύνηση στην Χώρα των Βάσκων . Η γειτονιά είναι εξαιρετική ( mini market , φούρνος , φαρμακείο , cafe staurant ) . Το τελευταίο μας έσωσε το πρώτο μας βράδυ , καθώς φθάσαμε γύρω στις 23:00 και χάρη σε αυτό το μαγαζί , γευματίσαμε στον βορρά της Ισπανίας . Το ξενοδοχείο είναι άρτιο , τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα , καθαρά . Τα Αγγλικά είναι σχεδόν ικανοποιητικά , δεν μιλούν όλοι οι υπάλληλοι , οι οποίοι είναι θερμοί , ευγενικοί και κάνουν το καλύτερο για να ικανοποιήσουν τον επισκέπτη. Το πρωινό , basic . Οι τιμές , λογικές . Πάρκιν βρίσκεις εύκολα έξω από το ξενοδοχείο , στις θέσεις που παρέχει ο Δήμος . Θα το ξανά επέλεγα .

Lugar tranquilo para descansar. Tienes por la zona bares para tomar algo, incluso en el hotel. Muy majo el recepcionista. La habitacion amplia y limpia. Lo mejor la cama, muy comoda. El baño **b muy amplio y limpio. Recomendable para pasar uno o dos dias

La semana pasada, pasamos una noche en el hotel Nagusi una amiga y yo. 100% recomendable: buena relación calidad precio, ubicación inmejorable, buena limpieza y comodidad. Además, queremos destacar al personal (especialmente a la recepcionista, un encanto!), ya que fueron muy amables y cercanos en todo momento, haciendo nuestra estancia todavía más agradable. Repetiremos!!

We would recommend Hotel Nagusi to anyone who asked, we couldn't fault anything. The Hotel is easy to find in a pleasant village & on our arrival we were greeted with smiles and politeness by English speaking Asier at reception and he set the tone for our stay. The service from him and the rest of the staff could not be faulted. The room was spacious & clean with a huge bed contributing to good sleep. Continental breakfast had plenty of choice with great coffee.There is lift access to the Hotel floorsl & a client's car park at the rear of the premises. We only intended to stay one night en route to Santander but our ferry was delayed for 36hrs so we stayed for two with Asier keeping the price low for our stay. We couldn't have asked for more. excellent through & through.

Nos recomendaron este hotel cercano al parque natural por su calidad y por su precio. Un acierto. Es dogfriendly 10€/noche 🐶 Habitación espaciosa y luminosa. Personal super atento en todo momento incluso nos proporcionaron una mesa de trabajo para la habitación. Cenamos una de las noches en menú de 18€ y no nos defraudó. Muy bueno, buena calidad y buena presentación

Hotel familiar, muy limpio, personal amable y muy bien situado para actividades en el Parque Natural de Gorbea. Estuvimos alojados en el apartamento, y como suele ser costumbre un tanto floja la parte de la cocina pero como la mayor parte de las comidas las hicimos fuera, no le damos mayor importancia. Cama de matrimonio muy cómoda y desayuno incluido más que correcto.

El personal de recepción muy atento y la cama cómoda . Ésto es lo bueno del hotel. La habitación con falta de limpieza, los rincones, las mesillas, el armario, el baño,... No hay mesa ni silla. En el baño no hay enchufe. En el salón de desayuno, hay muy poca luz. El desayuno ofrece muy poco. El café, lo mejor de todo. El problema en el desayuno es que el chico que trabaja en recepción pone los cafés y tuesta el pan. Si lo reclaman en recepción, te quedas a medio de desayunar esperando a que vuelva y mientras, lo que tenías preparado, se enfría. No hay servicio de restaurante. Te mandan a otro hotel a cenar en donde no te puedes beneficiar de tomar el menú.
