Melhor hotel de Muriae.
instalações de acordo com a cidade, porém tudo muito bem cuidado.
Sem falar que está localizado na "Copacabana" de Muriaé, as margens do Rio.

Cheguei ao hotel no sábado 19/08 por volta de 20h, primeira decepção, apesar do hotel oferecer estacionamento, não havia lugar na garagem para o meu carro, tive que deixar na rua. Quarto pequeno, em volta da cama vc tem que andar de lado. No banheiro tinha um sabonete para banho e mão e não foi colocado outro, shampoo, apenas um sache e não tinha condicionador. Frigobar vazio, café da manhã bem simples, não condiz com a propaganda e fotos do site. E além disso tudo, me cobraram 40 reais a mais pq pedi para sair as 14h. Para esse hotel não volto mais.

Lo mejor de esta propiedad, el servicio. El personal es muy amable, profesional y eficiente. Alicia en el front desk te hace sentir bienvenida inmediatamente. Toda la gente de recepción es fantástica. El desayuno muy completo y las dos mujeres que atienden el desayuno muy amables.

Hotel eh bem ruim. Muito barulhento da p ouvir entrada e saída de funcionários os travesseiros são encapados com plástico faz-me barulho e desconfortáveis, colchão ruim. Não vale o que cobra de maneira alguma

Hotel muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso (estava com meus sogros, que são idosos, e eles adoraram). Atendentes muito simpáticas e prestativas. Quarto com smart tv (Netflix, Youtube, etc). Café da manhã muito bem servido.
