The Fairfield Inn in Cottonwood is the perfect stay for a Brighton or Alta ski trip! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and we loved all the cozy touches added throughout the hotel. Huge plus that they have an indoor pool and hot tub for relaxing apres ski!

All staff were so friendly and helpful, even when I locked myself out of my room for the second time! Very clean and well maintained. It snowed while we were there and two men worked all day to keep sidewalks and parking lot clear and safe. The hotel is located close to the dental office we needed, restaurants, banks, shopping and places to sight see. We would stay there again.

It really was a nice stay. The only small criticism if I had to find one would have been some TV noise from an adjacent room but it wasnt bad and it went off at an appropriate time.

Hotel is only one month old. All employees were professional, no one looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. Hotel is clean & beautiful. Room & bathroom outstanding. Breakfast was perfect

The fact that it was a new facility made it very nice and clean; however there were areas that were not attended to like in the elevators. Several times the floor in the Elevator 1 was dirty and housekeeping should be more attentive to this. First time guests will not be very receptive to this.
Marriott is a big name in the hotel industry and I believe the breakfast served at this new Fairfield should live up to it's name. Biscuits served with the sausage patties were very tough; there should be a way to keep the biscuits fresher; the Bold coffee was very weak (coffee in the room was far better).
I realize it's a new facility and the kinks need to be worked out. Elevator 1 specially needs attention and I'm sure this was being attended to.
Overall, I did enjoy my short stay and I hope that the facility will get to the point where it will live up to the Marriott name and prestige. Rates are a little high especially for Seniors who are on a fixed income. I certainly will not be able to stay there more than two nights.
Staff was very cordial and accommodating at the desk.
