We’ve used ******* to book hotel rooms many many times and haven’t had any issues… Until this time. The front desk agent said that the ******* payment was declined upon checking in. I was confused and just ran my card again like she told me to do so we could get into our room. I checked our transaction history once in the room and realized the ******* payment did, in fact, go through and we had just paid twice. Should have been an easy fix with the hotel just refunding the extra payment but they did not and kept saying that we had to wait to talk to the supervisor, who didn’t get in until 11pm. I called ******* and they spoke to the hotel and assured us that the extra payment would be refunded. The next morning the front desk agent was a little more helpful but said he needed to talk to ******* and to give him until 4pm. We left and there still hasn’t been a refund from the hotel or from *******.
