Received a warm welcome by the staff and our luggage was taken up to our rooms. Rooms had lovely fragrance as we stepped in. Rooms were spacious, extremely clean and esthetically pleasing with good decor. Good size family dinning table and TV lounge. Kitchen was clean and tidy although it lacked utensils and cutlery and crockery. However if requested it will be provided. Complementary tea was given on arrival. There were fresh clean towels and all the toiletries were provided. Added bonus was the hair dryer which came in very handy. Plenty of storage space and cosy seating area in the bedroom added the ambiance. TV in both bedrooms and we were able to connect to our Netflix account. The WiFi signal was excellent and we were able to connect many of our devices like laptops and ipads . The room service was on point and very efficient. We had buffet breakfast including in our package which was delicious. Food quality and presentation at dinner matched any good restaurant. It was very close to Mall Road and felt very safe and secure. The staff was polite courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you for a very memorable experience.
