Love the stay at Eiger! Hotel was opposite the train station and butler was at the train station to help us with the luggage without even us asking for help. Got a room with the mountain view and it’s so beautiful! Definitely recommended and would love to come back to this hotel if we were to be back at Mürren. Thanks Adrian for helping us w the luggages to the train station when we are going back as well!

原本在火車站附近，但火車站停咗，我們要轉搭吊車，感覺非常不便。但環境及泳池非常美麗，－邊游泳一邊欣賞雪山，非常優美。早餐非常出色美味！

位置是沒得説，主要去這地方要坐纜車，預訂的時候也沒提醒，還好我們到的不是很晚，我開車直接上山了，結果説車子不能上去，再乖乖下去，再坐纜車上來，倒騰了幾個小時，結果11點才入住。😅

Murren, Lauterbrunnen is the most beautiful place I’ve been to in Europe. Eiger Hotel was the perfect size to have all the amenities and retain the family atmosphere. Every meal we tried was amazing, especially the New Year’s Even set menu. Well done.

Wie jedes war unser Aufenthalt im Eiger ausgezeichnet. Wir schätzen die gute Ausstattung des Hotels und insbesondere die Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nächsten Sportferien im Eiger im 2025 und wünschen dem Eiger Team bis dahin viel Erfolg!

Excellent all rounds. Perfect place for a getaway. Gorgeous hotel with fabulous views. Service from the Staff was impeccable, very friendly and professional. Nothing was ever any trouble. Food is top star always fesh. Menu variety- there is something for everyone. Cleanliness is exceptional.

Tolles Hotel, toller Service. Mega gutes Essen. Der Wellness Bereich toll gemacht, nie überfüllt. Frühstück reichhaltig. Vom Restaurant aus Blick auf Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau. Man kann wirklich nichts aussetzen. Klare Empfehlung! !

Das Hotel Eiger ist wie immer grosse Klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auch die Zimmer sind modern und funktional eingerichtet. Die Restaurants sind top und die Küche ist super! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Clean, excellent staff that were very attentive. The spa was very nice and the views from the breakfast area were amazing. On leaving day the porter took our bags and loaded them onto the train for us and the hotel gave us a take away breakfast/coffwe
