I would like to personally thank Kelly and the front office staff because I had forgot an item in my room and they did everything to find it and return it to me. Highly recommended to stay here, the rooms are great. They are spacious and very clean

Property itself is inviting and staff was friendly. Breakfast options were good. However, the primary reason I sleced this property was because a hot tub was may priority, and when I checked in and asked how late would the hot tub be open til, I was told it was closed due to malfunction. I did not receive a discount for the inconvenince because I had prepaid the date. In addtion, the staff check-in stated that the website has it available, which mislead customers. I was very disappointed.

I liked the breakfast and the area around the hotel. It felt safe. It was close to restaurants. I just wished the spa had been open.

What a lovely inn. The design and details made it feel much better than other comparable inns.

Conveniently located off the freeway near a hospital. Very nice area with lots of places nearby to eat.

Loved the location. Safe, clean, comfortable mattresses and great breakfast. The staff was friendly. Every couple of months I travel to this area, and this will be my go to hotel.

Trip was ok. Service was great. Check in and out was easy. Room was not so well cleaned up. The breakfast was below average

The property is fine, but the walls are thin so our loud neighbors woke us in the middle of the night. Then housekeeping woke us up a but after 8:00 am the next day to ask if we were checking out. I thought they had a system in place to answer such questions without having to disturb guests.

It was great. Wish they would have given us the late checkout we requested

The staff was some of the most helpful hotel staff I've ever had helping me. I came into town incredibly early for a funeral, and the staff went above and beyond to get me comfortable and checkin in as soon as possible. The best part was the free breakfast every morning until 10am. We're talking bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles, everything!!! Which made my early arrival even better. Funerals suck, but this hotel made my trip as stress free as a funeral could be! I'm very thankful

Great stay and nice breakfast provided. Unfortunately, the common bathroom within the breakfast/sitting area was out of toilet paper in the men’s stAll. My husband told a worker near the bathroom of the problem. It was still out of paper 30 minutes later, so my husband mentioned it to the front desk, who then got it attended to. Lazy employees!

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

The property was clean, great breakfast, and quiet rooms.
