Comfortable accommodation, with a good location, good price and the man who helped us gave us very good information about the entire Urbaidai area.

The Ibaguine Hotel does not offer the services consistent with the price it has. We arrived at 1:45 p.m. and there was no one at reception, there was a sign on the door that indicated the hours until 2:30 p.m. and a phone number to call, and I did, the receptionist (very friendly) told me to pick up the key to the closet, help yourself. At that moment the cleaners were cleaning the rooms, and one of them was shouting expletives as she spoke on the phone. At the entrance of the hotel, an ashtray filled to the brim with cigarette butts caught our attention (this as a letter of introduction). The room itself was not bad, the air conditioning did not work. The bathroom was very old, we showered with flip flops, more because the bathtub was old than because it was dirty, although it gave that feeling. It's a shame, because the hotel is in a very nice location, although it needs urgent renovation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I wouldn't go back either.

The dirt, the ceilings full of cobwebs, and the fungus in the bathroom made the stay very uncomfortable, even though we were only there to sleep. The soundproofing is very weak, you can even hear the vibration and tone of the cell phone messages from the next room. In addition, the hotel's signage is very poor, I missed the entrance even when going slowly. As a pro, the bed is quite comfortable, the views are very good, it has plenty of free parking and the staff is very friendly.

Personally I left happy. Quiet place, very close to certain places of interest and good treatment by its staff. My partner thinks that the cleanliness left a lot to be desired but she is very picky and I can sleep in a trench...

We only spent one night. It is located next to the road and has free parking. You need the car for everything. We asked if they could give us a bottle of water to take to the room and they told us they didn't have it because others had taken it. With which we went to a restaurant by car that is about 10 minutes away. It was hot and air conditioning was conspicuous by its absence. The bathroom hygiene was very bad...the handle was broken and there was no way to control the temperature of the shower. There was no wifi even though they said they would fix it. There are no plugs on the tables...just an applicator next to the TV. We would not repeat.
