Äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr gutes Essen. Alles sehr sauber. Schöne Hotelanlage und gut gepflegt. Tolle Atmosphäre. Thank you to ashraf, roshean,reception Team And thanks mr shams for warm welcome and swimming Pool man I would definetely recommend this Hotel to a friend.

Everything was really perfect. Services provided by Shams and food are really excellent ! I recommend the restaurant and the hotel. The restaurant is really clean also and the food is multicultural ! The buffet in the morning was the best that I had in my life

Great stay thanks to Azer and Youssef! But extremely disappointed with the management who asked us to stop a superb activity on the beach without explaining to us why! It was our last evening with our group of French friends, Zizou had put all his heart into the preparations and the party was in full swing, and suddenly the management asked to stop everything! We were all disappointed by this incomprehensible behavior from a Kappa club! We ended this stay on a sad and unanimous note from the group! management should go in the same direction as these animators!
