A great hotel, though a bit far from the beach. It would be even better if it were beachfront. The environment is nice, the bed is comfortable, the restaurant is good, and the service quality is excellent.

A truly excellent stay. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were well thought out and added to the overall luxury experience. The pool area was fantastic, and the sauna was especially impressive—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything felt calm, modern, and well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, space, and top-tier facilities in Muscat.

Hotel was absolutely fantastic, spacious new room , amazing breakfast, fast response from the room service, excellent outdoor space and swimming pool, really i recommend this 5 stars hotel for all. Reception guys were very kind , bill boys too was kind. If there is more than 5 out of 5. I will give this hotel.

Highly recommended, and reasonably priced. It's close to the airport, making it easy for business travelers to meet friends and ensure a pleasant and relaxed state of mind. Facilities: Modern facilities. This family-friendly hotel offers a kids' pool and a children's menu. It also features an executive lounge, restaurants, and a conference center. Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent. Environment: Outdoors, it's near the exhibition center. There are fountains and well-maintained park greenery. Service: The service is excellent with a friendly, smiling staff. The employees clearly enjoy their work environment, which translates into an exceptionally positive attitude towards guests. The breakfast restaurant staff provides very attentive service! Thumbs up to the service team, they are incredibly patient~

Wonderful place, the service is outstanding. I don't think any other 5-star establishment in Muscat can offer anything like it, i have been in almost all of them intercon, w, millennium, sheraton..

The breakfast was excellent: incredibly generous, varied, with a huge selection, and every item was refined. The hotel staff are simply amazing, always attentive and professional. Housekeeping was impeccable every day. I was even pleasantly surprised to return from an excursion to find my room spotless, with my clothes neatly folded. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, if not *the* best! I will definitely return on my next trip to Oman. I highly recommend this establishment: it was faultless from start to finish, and heaven knows how demanding I can be.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff were so accommodating, allowing us to use the spa facilities after our morning snorkel on our checkout day. The food was great when we ordered. It was a lovely base with very comfy beds. The only issue was that two of our water bottles were not possible to open. That was just a minor inconvenience.

Great location, nice staff and rooms are clean. Good pricing for a brand like this. Will definitely revisit again next time in Muscat

The room was nice, and the bathroom was very spacious. The location is super close to the airport, and the breakfast spread was excellent with a great dining environment. The pool, hotel, and grounds were all quite good, and there's even a tennis court.

This was a very special experience. Never did we feel so welcome as in the JW Marriott in Muscat. We had a wonderful room, clean and spacious, with a beautiful bath and walk-in shower. Each morning we enjoyed the delicious breakfast with coconuts from Salala. The friendly staff was very helpful with everything. This was a stay we will never forget. And we will certainly return for another stay. Many thanks to the staff for making this an unforgetable stay!

Excellent service and a truly premium experience at JW Marriott Muscat. The staff was attentive at Kitchen 7 (big shout out to Yuni, Naveen, Saad, Ashiqul, Pankaj and other staff) throughout the stay, constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The only downside is the location. While it's close to the airport, it's far from most city attractions. Also, regular taxis aren’t available; only luxury cars serve the hotel, which can cost 3x the usual fare. Still, a great stay overall.
