Millennium Executive Apartments Muscat

The location is perfect, right beside shopping mall Direct access from hotel from 1st floor. The room interior is quite outdated and the floor is very cold even after the air-conditioning is off. Nevertheless the service are good they will come if needed. Would stay here in the future, hopefully by then the room is having much better updated interiors

Clean Good location Consumables are not available unless asked for, and not for all rooms (except shampoo and soap). Reception and staff not as freindly as they are supposed to be, however , not aggressive and maintain minimum behaviour. Very small restaurant and limited food options. Good swimming pool for kids.

This service apartment/hotel is incredibly petty. Initially, we were given 4 Nespresso capsules, which were refilled on the second day. However, on the third day, the housekeeper forgot to refill them. When we called room service, they insisted we pay extra for the capsules. This was the first time we were charged for something as basic as coffee capsules by a hospitality company. When we confronted the lobby staff, they accused us of lying and claimed the housekeeper had already refilled for the day, despite our room being untidy and the "do not disturb" button turned off. We only asked for the 4 daily capsules we were entitled to, not anything extra. During check-out, we mentioned the incident and received another excuse. They stated that their company policy only allows for four free capsules on the first day, even though there were three of us staying for five days. This contradicted the capsules given on the 2nd and 4th days and what another staff member had told us on the 3rd day. Aside from these petty incidents, we were disappointed by the lack of basic items such as detergent or washing powder, despite having a dishwasher and washing machine. Most service apartments provide these. Additionally, the room facilities were worn out and did not match the official photos. Overall, our experience with Millennium's service was extremely unsatisfactory, and we will not consider staying with them in the future.

I stayed here on my visit to Muscat, had booked for three days and ended up extending my stay. Thanks to the hotel staff. The front office staff including Jasim, Babar and Omari are exceptional in their service. They ensure that the guest has a hassle-free stay and assist with the room preferences, wifi, ordering taxi or food online. Also the house keeping staff including Kiran, Ranajan, Pansingh and Ahmed are professional and they ensure that the guest have a very comfortable stay. Giving one star less for the facilities such as wifi issues and Gym under maintenance. But the front office staff do help in it. When there was a problem with wifi connectivity they even shifted me to another room with better connectivity. Thank you Babar,Omari, Jasim and Mazin, I look forward to be back here on my next visit. The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, there is plenty of parking, a strategic location connected to the mall and close to all the tourist attractions in Muscat. This hotel is the best choice for accommodation in Muscat.

Great accommodation, not enough loungers at pool. Gym was closed

Very Good service by Rajan and Babar and team..Tasty food by Mahindra, service by Shirish..all support staff are very supportive. Room service is very good. During my last three visiting to Muscat, I stayed here and they supported very well.
