Excellent customer service and a well-established hotel. Great facilities with a heated outdoor pool. Enjoyable buffet breakfast. Quality and prompt laundry service. Laundry form and bags available in the room. Good quality tea available in the room (Ceylon Tea).

We were camping around Oman but the temperatures were getting to high to sleep in a tent, so we looked around for a friendly, moderately priced hotel in Muscat and we came across Al Falaj. We went directly to the reception to negotiate the rate and we managed a good one, including breakfast in a superior room. The room itself was sparkling clean, all new and very tidy. The bed extremely comfy (and also the differente pillows!) and you could regulate the temperature of the room easily. Staff in reception were extremely nice and accomodating, and also overall in the hotel, very kind and helpful. B'fast buffet was very complete, with live stations also for waffles, eggs and dosas. The only thing I missed was a strong coffee (it was filter coffee) but the rest was very complete. We loved our stay in the hotel and would definitely go back, as the price was fair and within budget.

I stayed there for the first 2 nights and the last night of my trip to Oman. For the first call the room assigned was on the third floor, spacious but looked quite old while the 4th floor room for the second call was nice. Breakfast is good with choices of arabic food and western dishes. The very gentil and tall bellboy James was also very helpful. Highly reccommended.

Excellent hospitality at all levels from the top management Mr. Praveen to the bell boy level. Especially restaurant staffs are very friendly and cooperative to render customers food need. I thank restaurant manager Mr. Austin and his staff Ms. Risa who take special care in attending all food orders as well as room service.

ルイ地区のやや北はずれ。4号線のバス停まで10分、ルイの中心まで徒歩25分ほど。周りは住宅地っぽく店はない。部屋は清潔で、値段の割にゴージャス。ただし、シャワー室の水捌けが悪すぎて、洗面室が洪水になる。

We spent three weeks at Al Falaj hotel and we really enjoyed it during the entire stay. Particularly all the service was very attentive with the constant concern to do well, to please guests. The cleaning service was perfect, meals and buffets were really plaisant. In the room, we appreciate particularly the bedding. The rooms are very well soundproofed. The air conditioning is optimal. With the kindness of waiters and butlers at breakfast, you can only start your day well. Honestly we all enjoyed it, in complete confidence. In addition the three « blue » taxi drivers in front of the hotel are really very good and sympathic. A stay of perfect relaxation, in an ideal location for going into town, to meet the omanis at Mutrah or Ruwi.

E' andato tutto abbastanza bene. L'hotel molto pulito, piacevole. Ci sono anche ristoranti in loco. Bella la piscina e centro benessere con jacuzzi. L'hotel è anche collegato con il bus numero 4 che va direttamente a Mutrah in 10 minuti. Magari migliorerei la disponibilità dei canali TV. Ottima la colazione.

Im Rahmen einer Gruppenreise verbrachte ich zwei Nächte in diesem schon etwas älteren Hotel. Mein Zimmer war klein, auffrischungsbedürftig, aber sauber. Im Bad hat es stets unangenehm gerochen. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist m.E. das Essen. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendbuffet fand ich sehr gut. Hier findet jeder etwas, das ihm schmeckt (riesige Auswahl). Der Angestellte am Pool zeigte sich aufmerksam - er brachte den Gästen unaufgefordert Tücher, Wasser und ein wenig Früchte. Zudem machte er die Eltern lärmender Kinder darauf aufmerksam, dass Herumschreien am Pool nicht erwünscht sei. Eine Seltenheit, leider. Ich gebe nur drei Sterne, weil ich finde, eine Renovation könnte dem Hotel nicht schaden.
