I stayed there twice. If there is a room, you can check in early. The computer and printer on the first floor are free to use. There are also many kittens nearby

It's just so-so. The cleaning is not very clean and the bathroom will leak when the wet and dry parts are separated.

Because I liked this hotel, I decided to stay for four more days. It's quiet around here. There is a kitchen and a large bath. Anyway, I like it. The room was very quiet. It's very close to the Grand Mosque, about 10 minutes' walk. Before leaving, I was given chocolates! It is recommended to book in advance as the room rate is much cheaper.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days in February 2024. We really liked the location of the hotel, our room (apartment with kitchen), and the hotel service. The rooms are comfortable, clean, thoroughly cleaned every day. In addition, we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant (once) to evaluate it. Breakfast is average and, in my opinion, overpriced. There is an excellent Fatima supermarket within walking distance from the hotel. And, taking into account our preferences, we had breakfast on our own, booking a room with a kitchenette in advance or outside the hotel a couple of times. Next to it there is a wonderful authentic cafe with Omani breakfasts "Dukanah cafe". I recommend it to everyone. However, we were at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The chef (Egyptian) prepared for us an excellent pasta with chicken fillet in a creamy parmesan sauce. We are swimmers. And this desire was satisfied. On the roof of the hotel (7th floor) there is a well-equipped swimming pool. For those who want sun, there are sun loungers for air and sunbathing. We swam in the evening after the heat of the day. There is a gym with exercise equipment, for whom this is important. The staff is friendly, attentive, everyone at the reception speaks good English. Guest wishes and requests are responded to quickly. There is one more convenience. There are separate rooms with washing machines on all floors. While on vacation, it is very convenient to use this service to save your time upon returning home. Overall, I recommend the hotel and think that it has an excellent combination of price, quality and service. Have a nice holiday in hospitable Oman.

We had a 57m2 apartment. Everything was new and clean except for a bad smell in the kitchen (it wasn't clear what it was). The kitchen could be better stocked (we had a teaspoon between us, there were no glasses, but not even in the bathroom for toothbrushes teeth, then they brought us everything). The area around is ugly and so are the few shops. However, the great mosque can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Very kind at the reception, in particular Ali and Walaa.
