We stayed 7 nights at Jumeirah Muscat Bay late April. Overall pretty disappointed with the mass market vibe at the hotel and average services. However if you want a comfortable hotel for visiting Muscat and scuba diving, Jumeirah can do the job. Good: - Beach is very beautiful with soft sand - Adult pool is heated and relatively quiet - Brezza restaurant and rooftop has great services and food offering Disappointment: - Vibe is very mass market with guests using towers to occupy sunbeds at 7am and throughout the day. This is definitely not luxury. - Breakfast and diner buffets have similar mass market offering and vibes. - Reception: Again mass market service standard, with long wait and inconsistent staff at check ins.

My first staying at this hotel , I like that it was quiet and not busy , we always drive from Dubai to Muscat which almost 6 hours . The weather was amazing during December , kids could play football at the beach . So many activities you can choose in the hotel to do out side . Close to the city if like to explore.
