The breakfast is good, the hotel floor has access control, you need to swipe your card to enter. The hotel front desk can exchange local currency. You can also arrange for a car to be delivered to a designated location, of course, you need to pay. But there are not many restaurants outside the hotel. I ended up having a KFC with Omani characteristics. The location of the hotel is just beside the highway, the hotel is relatively large.

The location is very good, very close to the fish market, market and fortress. There is a nightclub downstairs and it is very noisy at night. Everyone consider it for themselves

All are very good, everything is very good. Not far from the seaside and the Royal Palace. The seaside scenery and the environment are very Arabian. The front desk is friendly and helpful. This is nothing short of an amazing hotel and definitely worth five stars. The room was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view over the pool area and ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you'd need, including a combined shower and bathtub. There was also sufficient storage space and a built-in safe that easily fitted my 15” laptop. The breakfast buffet was awesome. A huge variety of delicious food items, eggs cooked to order, fresh juices, different types of fresh bread, all sorts of hot items, cereals, and freshly grounded speciality coffees. Plus more! It was also a true treat to sit at the poolside, while enjoying this breakfast. It made for a wonderful start of the day. Unlike many other hotels, the in-house restaurants were really good too. We tried the Italian restaurant and the Duke pub/restaurant. It was really nice to sit outside, overlooking the bay and to see the sun setting. The location of the hotel makes for breathtaking views. It is on a cliff at the end of a bay, overlooking the bay and the city of Muscat. The one thing I want to point out is that there is nothing else nearby. The hotel is in a residential area and if you'd like to go to a different restaurant, you'd need to take a taxi. Not a big deal and the hotel provides about everything you'd need, but it is something to keep in mind. Last, but certainly not least, the staff at this hotel was so super friendly and helpful. They really know what hospitality means! This is also across the board. From the reception, to the house keeping, and the breakfast staff. As well as the restaurant staff. A special recognition goes to Deepika at the front desk. She clearly remembered we'd asked something about the Duke bar and the next day she gave me an update. She was also very helpful when I had to handle some documents. A great example of excellent customer service.

Everything is great, but this is the second time I’ve booked a room here, and the second time they gave me a terribly smelly room :( Apart from this, overall the hotel is quite convenient for me and not far from the airport.

Hotel looks nice on the outside but you’ll see lots of thing waiting for you. When we arrived in the hotel we see that the people who are working at reception were nice but doesn’t give the basic information about the hotel unless you ask lots of questions. Nothing was explained. Then we switched to our room by ourselves and found out there was a bottle of water which already had been used. Thankfully the Bellboy helped us and solved the problem, we appreciate him. He is the guy who saves receptions lack of information and lack of interest. After relaxing a little we decided to have some air at the restaurant area which is the only place that has open area. But no one cares what you asked or even doesn’t bother coming and asking you as if you’d like to have something. And that’s our first 30 minutes unfortunately. We booked for 3 nights and we’ll see what’s going to happen next. Maybe it’s just our experience.

I am very regular guest in your hotel. Amazing facilities and all the staff is also very king and helpful. I will like to special thanks to Janhavi and Amjad from reception for their great service. Pool is very nice and gym is also nice. Will see the staff soon again

Great stay nearby the airport. We had a good transit stay at Aloft Muscat. Opened in April 2023 and staff us super friendly - especially Taha and Hakim! Thanks!
