Apart from unfriendly staff and dysfunctional TVs, Telephones etc..., I want to share on the security matters, the security there it is a pity. after we (myself and colleagues) checked in, they broke in and stole my colleague's iPhone 13 (R18 000.00) and the following week they broke in my room and stole my laptop Dell icore7 (R23 000.00) and my Samsung A30s (R5 000.00). You lock your door and windows it won`t make any difference they will enter and steal even when you are inside, since all these incidents happened when we were inside sleeping. There is no footage, hotel doesn't try to get involved and compensate even though these events are not just random.
