Delta Hotels Muskegon Convention Center

We were in town for a hockey camp. The hotel /convention center was connected to the rink, and we were able to walk through directly to the rink. Overall the staff was very friendly, rooms and common areas were clean. They serve Starbucks in the lobby. However, note that they are not affiliated and don't take the Starbucks app for payment. They had a restaurant on property, as well a lounge. The pool was very small, and the hot tube was hidden and unusable during our stay. The gym was nice sized with a lot of options to complete a well-rounded workout. The hotel is within walking distance to other bars, coffee shops, and restaurants, which was a major plus. The only complaint I would have is that the walls and windows are on the thin side. You could hear conversation, knee hockey games, toilet flushing, etc. With that being said, it wasn't a major issue as we weren't in our room often. Every room around us seemed respectful, and things quieted down around 9 or 9:30 pm. Overall, we would stay there again if in the area.

As a seasoned traveler, I must say I absolutely love this hotel. I plan to visit Muskegon again just to stay here. The stunning lake view truly brightens my day. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is excellent, and the housekeeping staff is professional. The front office staff is also very friendly. Although the fitness room is small, it’s perfect for my hour of running on the treadmill. Make sure to take a walk around downstairs in the morning or early evening. Sitting in a chair to enjoy the sunrise and sunset is wonderfully relaxing!
