I’d go 4.5 if I could. It’s a clean, new-feeling hotel. Rooms are comfortable and ours was quiet. Ample parking and centrally located. I think I saw someone post that there was no ESPN here. That’s not true now. We had ESPN and a good selection of channels. The breakfast is free. I’m not very critical of free breakfasts. This one will suffice. It has waffles, oatmeal, an omelet (it’s a pre-made wrap), sausage, potatoes, breads and yogurt. If you want a good breakfast, go somewhere else. The breakfast space is large. Our rate was $101 plus tax. We’d definitely stay here again.

Please read before booking this place if you have small children or are considering staying here … We are a family of 5 who like to travel together and have stayed several other places and I have considered this place our only ever ‘disaster stay,’ so much that I could not sleep or even enjoy our time here after a minor incident had happened. I understand that negative reviews in a digital world, can be adverse to a business, so I do not write this lightly. If I could summarize the things that were short- changed in this hotel to cut corners on costs, I would be here for a while. First, this place is not child- friendly. From the way soap dispensers are placed high on the walls that are hard to reach even by adults, to the way the owners treat children. To be fair the place was clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. Secondly, it’s important to be aware that the breakfast advertised is older pastries, both the machines for Apple and orange juice were vast majority water and were not drinkable. The coffee was out. There was no water to drink. Of all the drink selections only milk was available. In short, this lead me to the understand that this place cuts corners where they can. Thirdly and this is the incident that made this trip such a disaster. The second picture is the breakfast sit down area. All tables were taken except for the table on the left, which I sat my two boys that are ages 4 and 2. The circled little picture to the left is a tiny old fire alarm. When I went up to bring back some breakfast items, my little 2 year old to my embarrassment touched the tiny red square which is no more than a few inches large and is right next to the chair. It set off the fire alarm. Of coarse we have taught our children not to touch fire alarms but there was no case around this one, and it was not the white levered one we had taught them about. It literally was a tiny red box. I hadn’t realized myself it was an actual fire alarm because of its age, Size , and it not being encased. The owner came running out mumbling stomping aggressively. I apologized numerous times. Not only did the owner not know how to turn it off, I read the tiny inscription on the alarm that said ‘if pulled open the unit to reset it.’ I told him we needed a screw driver to follow the directions clearly on it. He angerily dismissed me as his wife came out and stared glaring at me and passively aggressively being rude. There was just no excuse to make such a minor incident of which I apologized 100% over for info such a large ordeal. This is where is gets very nasty and back- handed. Nothing happens and we leave . During the entire day we didn’t receive a phone call and had no reason to think something was wrong. When we come back at dark our key cards are deactivated because we couldn’t get into our room. It was in 40ish degree weather and we were all sitting out in the cold with our small children. We went to the front desk ( we had see

GGuest UserVery nice hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Inside was mostly quiet, only occasionally heard people in the hallway but not disturbing. Good selection of breakfast food and very good tasting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will probably stay here again next time we go through Muskogee.

CchrismL8915LIDo not stay at this hotel!!! Twice on two separate stays I had some lady trying to make entry in my room the same lady. Once at 7:40 and the second time at 8am with the do not disturb sign on the door without a mask on. My father is a cancer survivor staying with me so I called the front desk to complain and talk to Page and she told me they have every right to come check the rooms when they want in the morning. And it’s only a mandate not a state law so they don’t have to wear masks. Come to find out the lady who came to my room and walked in was a breakfast cook and not even housekeeping!!! So they must be giving anyone keys to the rooms how does a breakfast cook get a key to my hotel room and just walk in? Plus the manager won’t call you back or return your phone calls. Plus they also charged my card for more than what they were supposed to by almost $30.00. Said it was going to be refunded but never was. And still haven’t fix the issue and corporate can’t fix it without the general manager’s assistant and the corporate office told me to go stay somewhere else and I’m a diamond member with them so that speaks volumes!!!
