Vinay and Khushi & Jitender were really helpful and made our breakfast easy even though being with 3 year old kid is tough.. Its a 5 star hotel so everything else was perfect.. loved basketball court and food n service. Location is also good just 15 minutes away from mall road. Both the property are good but our green room with access to garden from room is best feature. Also rate is also fair enough given the amenities. Daycation option is also available which is awesome. Heated Pool stole the show. Accessing pool at 3 degrees temperature was seriously awesome

I had such a wonderful experience at JP Regency! A special thanks to Mamta for her exceptional service during breakfast and dinner – she truly made me feel at home with her warm and attentive approach. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chole kulcha is an absolute must-try.

It was excellent. The staff, the food, the location, the open terrace, everything was just wow. It’s at an apt distance from the Mall Road and landour sights. The hotel has a lot of wonderful views. The valley view tower is a little cheap but then is connected to the main hotel building through a 24*7 cart service. One has to be careful while booking. Otherwise, it’s a perfect leisure place. The sunlight on the terrace is just too good. Lots of options for kids like ping pong, ps4, carrom, bowling, snooker etc. some of them are paid. The buffet spread is also nice. If you need a 2-3 day fun and 30k per day does not bite you, this is the place you want to be in. Our room was a panorama room at a balcony. It offered us both city and Mountain views.

We 14 family members stayed for a night at jaypee Residency Manor. All of us loved the stay, food, amenities, hospitality everything. Weather was perfect. Both the towers are perfect to stay. Morning breakfast was having lots of delicious varieties.

Jaypee Residency Manor is so far the best property I have ever seen. What really differentiate this property from others is their warm hospitality. Each & every staff is very polite and courteous. Loved the place… nice view… awesome food… specially the chutney they serve with sandwiches… the fish was delicious…the tea was great just pahadi adrak wali chai…. nice and warm service by Miss. Prachi and Chef Vinay… kudos guys… keep it up…

Stay was very nice with delicious food. Evening tea was complimentary and there was cultural dance which we enjoyed. Dinner was amazing with live music and portion of food was also good. Breakfast was great with a wide array of options. Worth the stay.

Everything is perfect about Jaypee Mussoorie. Staff was really kind and humble. Best hospitality I seen so far. Stay was really good. Must visit this property and it’s a life time experience to stay between mountains. Breakfast is amazing

The best ever staycation! Outstandingly beautiful location, a vast estate with every possible amenity, very spacious & well designed rooms with the most luxurious & comfortable beds. The restaurant gives you a feeling of dining in the clouds, breathtaking views on all sides…actually like a castle rising from the clouds! But what impresses most is that each staff member is always ready to greet you with smiles & eager to make your stay utmost comfortable. The best & most hospitable hotel team ever! Special thanks to Mr Ranjeet in the management & to the entire team in the Regency restaurant.

The stay was quite pleasant. It was a birthday retreat with my husband. The property made all possible gluten free arrangements for me. Right from a cake slice , to gf chilla for breakfast & even glass noodles for dinner. Chef Mohan was extremely hospitable. Every where you roam around the property the staff will greet you Namaste with folded hands. The reception staff accommodated an upgrade for us at a nominal cost. I’d like to thank Mr Kalam Bisht for presenting the perfect Martini ! Ms Shakshi for always being around guiding us with knowledge about local bars & joints. Chef Mohan & evening chef for cooking the most iconic chilla & noodles. A must visit place

Had a great stay at the place. It was better than expected. Weather was amazing. The views were outstanding and the food was extremely good as well. The service could not have gotten any better. Mamta and Aman specifically deserve a shoutout for taking care of our needs with outstanding service. Overall, a must visit!

Had a delicious meal courtesy of Chef Vinay! Highly recommend trying this place out for anyone lookong for a bite to eat. Diverse menu options from Indian and International cuisine, prepared with a lot of skill and care, and a bit of a local twist on a classic, with just the right amount of spice.

Manish, Khushi, Prashant, and Mamta are incredibly warm and welcoming individuals. Their outstanding services truly made a difference during my stay. Ms. Mamta and Mr. Kuldeep provided exceptional support during the buffet service. Ms. Sapna's stuffed paranthas were a culinary highlight. The amenities, particularly the heated swimming pool and spa, were outstanding, and the service was consistently excellent. The generous assistance during the buffet is greatly appreciated. The paranthas were both delicious and fulfilling. The amenities significantly enhanced our experience. The thoughtful arrangement of everything contributed to a most comfortable stay. Great place for family fun amidst natural beauty. Lot of things to spend time with family. Specially Heated pool and water quality is very good even for small kids. Food is awesome and evening high tea is an icing on the cake.would definitely visit again
