We were accommodated perfectly. When we arrived, we learned that the place we booked was under renovation. Since they could not reach us, they helped us with another more comfortable room. They did not charge any additional payment. Due to the earthquake, I was able to stretch my feet and sleep for at least two days. The staff was incredibly friendly, the cleanliness was excellent, I highly recommend Dere Suits to everyone. I also recommend it, thank you very much for everything.

I stayed in this hotel to have a 2-day holiday in Cappadocia with my family. The cleanliness of the rooms, the size of the rooms were great, the breakfast had plenty of variety, you cannot go hungry. In terms of location, it is 5 km away from Ürgüp, but it is very nice that it is quiet and quiet. You may not want to stay in Ürgüp because of the people driving around with extremely loud noises in Ürgüp. This hotel is very nice in that respect, we left very happy, I recommend it to everyone with my family.

The hotel is for young people, it looks more like a hostel. To go up to the rooms on the second floor, the stairs do not have handrails and the rooms have a characteristic smell, as do the bathrooms (they do not smell good), the room must be ventilated. The shower does not have a safety bar and the sink is placed without much security. .

The hotel is very poorly located, far from everything, plan a Taxi budget to enjoy the surroundings. The food is mediocre, we preferred to eat out even though we had meals included at the hotel. The rooms are not maintained: leaking bathtub, faucets ready to break and some rooms are so small that you cannot move inside. This hotel in no way deserves its 4 stars. I give 2 stars (because it deserves 1) for the friendly staff. Too bad we won't come back and we won't recommend it either.
