Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar und für ein Hotel nicht befriedigend.

Zimmer war nicht wie gewünscht ausgestattet. Statt für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind war nur das Doppelbett fertig. Beim Anruf dann auch noch behauptet das wäre weil wir so früh eingecheckt haben obwohl es 1.5h nach angegebener Zeit war. Zimmermädchen hatte dann auch bestätigt es ging vergessen.
Zimmer war nicht sauber. Beim einrichten des Ausklappsofa kam viel Staub zum Vorschein.
Die Nacht war es auch extrem laut und wir konnten bis 03:30 nicht schlafen.

Das Coop Tagungszentrum hat mich positiv überrascht.War mit Familie für 2 Nächte Gast.Es liegt etwas ausserhalb von Basel,durch die super ÖV Verbindungen ist man rasch in der Stadt oder sonst in der Umgebung. Die Juniorsuite bietet alles was man braucht um einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu geniessen.Alles sauber.Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.Man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Für mich war das Highlite dass man als Coop Mitarbeiter von 20%Rabatt profitieren konnte sowohl im Hotel als auch im angrenzenden Restaurant. Wir werden gerne wieder mal kommen.

Dier Receptionistin war sehr lang, wirklich lang, am telefonieren bei unserer Ankunft ohne uns zu beachten. Das fand ich sehr unhöflich. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Hotel sympa, style motel californien.
Propre, calme, en banlieue, parking facile.
Petite déjeuner: une seule personne s'occupe du service et de la cuisine, il a fallu demandé plusieurs fois pour re-garnir le buffet mais à part cela, vraiment content.
