Μετά από ένα πολύ δύσκολο χειμώνα,λίγο διστακτικά αποφασίσαμε αυτές τις διακοπές. Αλλάξαμε ομως, αμέσως γνώμη με το που φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο., Η θερμή υποδοχή αλλά και η μεγάλη προσοχή που ειδαμε, σχετικά με την ασφάλεια μας, μας έκανε να χαλαρωσουμε. Παντού γρήγορη απολύμανση: στην reception στις βαλιτσες μας,στις επιφάνειες στο εστιατόριο ,στο δωμάτιο αλλά και σε όλους τους άλλους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου.Παντου υπήρχε κάποιος να απολυμαίνει .Αυτο μας έκανε να χαλαρωσουμε και να απολαύσουμε πραγματικά τις διακοπές,που τόσο είχαμε αναγκη,χωρίς άγχος. Η θεραπεια στο spa εξαιρετικη! Το φαγητό πολυ καλο.Μην ξεχάσω τα παιδιά της παραλίας που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικά! Άξιζε τον κόπο να περιμένουμε για τις διακοπές! Ελπίζω να καταφέρουμε να βρούμε δωμάτιο και για τον Αύγουστο που θα έχουμε ξανα άδεια.

Eines der schönsten Hotels auf Mykonos. Elegantes, sehr modernes Design, schönes Spa und sehr gute Gastronomie. Tolle Lage direkt am Sandstrand. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen, auch wegen des hilfsbereiten Personals.

A vrai dire j'y étais en Aout 2018 et ce n'est qu'aujourd'hui que je donne mon avis et je suppose qu'il y a eu forcément des changement positifs depuis le temps. En tout cas j'y ai vécu une belle expérience, le personnel est accueillant, serviable et à l'écoute, par contre il n'y avez pas assez de choix sur la nourriture sans gluten et c'était le seul point négatif cela a probablement changé en cinq ans.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and beautiful ground. Super clean, nice beach and stylish. Great breakfast buffet, private pool and amenities. Staff is super friendly and goes outta the way to help! Thank you for making my holiday wonderful and unforgettable! PS: for those that said hotel is noisy. I am not sure but we didn’t hear any noise at all n we stayed 3 nights.

The hotel room is reasonably well appointed with basic amenities. The food is good but overpriced (which is standard for Mykonos). The hotel facilities are fine (if a little tired) and the staff are fantastic but it is extremely loud at night. Our room shook with noise from Nammos well into the night. If you want to sleep before 2am, this simply is not the hotel for you.

Beautiful Hotel! We were particularly impressed with the level of care received by the staff and in particular the hotels manager Desi. She insured that every single guests needs were met personally. She was present and always found time to greet all guests daily. Breakfast was amazing however the hotels restaurant and bar wasn’t available all day. Overall loved the position next to Nammos village and the manager Desi and her team were phenomenal considering the hotel just opened this year. Well Done to the owners of this iconic spot. Terzo anno di fila, primo con la nuova proprietà. Psarau oggi è il Nammos, praticamente proprietari di tutta la conca, gestita in maniera impeccabile. Nulla da dire, una struttura fantastica. Qualità sempre più alta, personale disponibile e professionale. Consigliatissimo!!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, amazing service and awesome breakfast. The hotel is located by the wonderful Psarrou beach which is one of the best in Mykonos. Room is really nice especially compared to lots of others in Mykonos. Service is fantastic, we have seen some of the other reviews which was not our experience. Even more so, we saw the staff deal with lots of guests including some which were a little difficult and they were doing everything!! The staff at breakfast are some of the best we have ever seen, they are super friendly, they were playing with kids and getting them food, they remember you if you eat over at Nammos at lunch time and I can’t compliment them enough. Actually, I’ve never been experienced the staff at Nammos this friendly!! The beds at the beach are free and they tell you to be there before 11:30am. We had no issues, the girls at the check in area remembered us and had us looked after every day. Internet was great, very fast and reliable The only comment I would make is transfer should be included which is normal in most of the other hotels, it’s not far, but that’s largely irrelevant overall.
