The hotel is very comfortable. My room faces the sea view and the windmill. The staff is polite. The hotel breakfast is very good. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center. I am very satisfied with the experience of booking a room on Ctrip this time.

Unbelievable property! Sitting at top of a hill that overlooks the beautiful town of Mykonos, this five star resort makes you want to stay poolside! The hotel manager greeted me upon arrival with a quick and sincere apology for the mixup and transportation from the port. He reimbursed me for taking a taxi and upgraded my room immediately with no questions asked. Every member of the staff is respectful, polite, and professional, and Eager to assist and make my stay even more enjoyable. I feel like an absolute queen with the amenities, property and staff. I will be returning.

Small, noisy, rooms are very small, and dirty loud area around, impossible to walk as too many cars. We came and the rooms are sooo tiny, hardly can move. Breakfast was ok , but that s it. You can try to walk in the center or downtown, but you are risking to be hit by cars, it s very hard to walk and very loud and dirty.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the sea! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we so appreciated being greeted personally by Nikos, who sat down with us after we checked in (with a complimentary yummy banana drink) to the explain the hotel, offer dining recommendations, and answer any questions we had. The free breakfast buffet was amazing and we had a delicious dinner there as well, since the day time and nighttime views were so stunning. Our seaside room with balcony was beautiful and spacious, with a gorgeous view. The hotel is also very conveniently located, within walking distance to Little Venice and shops and dining. We stayed at 4 luxury hotels while in Greece and this was our favorite! I can’t imagine a better place to stay!
