Very clean rooms and very comfortable with wonderful sea view. The staff was very polite. The hotel is modern and the decoration was fantastic. This is the second time that i visited penelope with my wife and after the renovation the hotel was beyond our expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!!

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful with local recommendations and assisted with transfers, reservations and other matters. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Drink and food options were perfect for our needs. A la Carter breakfast and coffee menu each morning were spot on.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Myconian. The staff are super friendly & welcoming. That makes the experience great! We stayed on the 4th floor. So a little stairs required to climb (if you have mobility challenges, please request for a floor that have direct lift access). The compound is beautiful! Especially the view from the balcony is really impressive. We got the room that gets to see the sunset by the sea. The room is clean. We bumped into the housekeeper & she really cleans (pull out all pillow case & blanket cover) everyday! They change the towels during the room clean up & sun down service. If you need a kettle, you have to request from the housekeeping. Water from tap is not drinkable. Only 2 bottles of water is provided per evening after 7pm. Otherwise, you have to use the mini bar or call for room service. Otherwise, it was a beautiful stay.

The hotel belongs to Aegean Collection and will open in 2020. Convenient location, just in Mykonos Town. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Windmill of Mykonos, Little Venice, I Love Mykonos staircase and other snorkeling places. There are also many restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Mykonos Old Town Pier, and you can take the Sea Bus to New Port and take a boat to Naxos, Santorini and other places. The hotel does not have a parking lot 🅿️, and there is a chance to not drive 🚗 to Old Town during busy hours. There is free parking nearby, but it is difficult to find a parking place. There is also a paid parking lot, more than €10 parking once, and it is not free to enter and exit. So if you are traveling by car, think about how you can put down your luggage in your car to the hotel and drive to other places to play. When checking in, the hotel staff gave us a map and a little introduction to where Mykonos can go. We also informed us that the restaurant downstairs in the hotel has discounts for guests. The room is on the second floor, it is wide, you can open 2 large suitcases at the same time. There is a small terrace with 2 rubber scales, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy a little sea view. Implementing the Greek wind, the main color of the room is blue and white. A painting of Mykonos is hung on the wall. There is a coffee machine in the room, and Nespresso coffee capsules and tea bags are provided. The bathroom has a small decoration shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush and so on. The cylinder position of the enterprise is the same as most hotels in Greece. Glass only accounts for half of the cylinder position, so when showering 🚿, the water will bounce outward. Mykonos at night is getting more and more prosperous, and I feel a lot of party animals . So the hotel downstairs is also a bit noisy. Myself and a friend booked this hotel pretty last minute after seeing such great reviews. It certainly did not disappoint, every member of staff in this hotel is incredible!! They couldn’t be anymore helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff who are available 24/7 via what’s app to book taxis arrange items needed to be brought to the room nothing is a problem, Extra special thanks to Costas the F&B manager. Not enough words can be said about this man he sincerely can not do enough for you, we have never experimented service like it. We were so happy and enjoyed our stay that we extended by an extra night, the hotel gave us a cheaper rate than we could find online and also upgraded our room (our original room was incredible) to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony!! This will be the only hotel we stay at in mykonos, couldn’t recommend enough we have told all our family, friends and colleagues the same. Book book book, you will not be disappointed

Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Every request we made was handled positively and efficiently. Chairs for our balcony, printing ferry passes, directions, suggestions, transfers to/from ferry dock, etc. Room was nicely cleaned every morning. Pool bartender was perfect, bringing towels, pointing out HH specials, setting us up with wine ice bucket and plastic wine glasses for our room, etc. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety. We dined in the Restaurant one night and food was tasty, and waiter was smart, efficient, and attentive. The walk to/from town wasn’t that much of an issue, but make sure stairs to your room won’t be an issue because there can be many based on your room location. The hotel has several vertical levels. We really enjoyed our stay and do/can recommend this hotel, mainly because everyone was so service-oriented.

This hotel is a global chain, the service is good, the airport and dock shuttles are provided free of charge, the breakfast is very good, the variety is rich, but unfortunately we catch the early flight, did not have time to taste. Disadvantages: The location of the hotel is average, although it can see the sea but not directly to the sea, about 200 meters away from the beach. In addition, you must call the car, if you can, choose other hotels in the same group, the location may be better.

We loved our stay in this hotel! The staff were amazing. Special mention to Joseph the driver, alway happy, informative, a real asset to the hotel. Claudia In concierge was also superb, thank you. Pool staff very attentive as were restaurant staff. Hotel amenities were great although I would not call our bedroom 5 star, bathroom rather tired and in need of upgrade. Pool restaurant was good as was the main dining room, although I felt it was rather overpriced for what you got. One bug bear was if you ask for a single glass of red wine in the restaurant it arrives COLD! That’s a complete no no. Please do something about that. I know it’s minor but nothing worse than cold red wine! Thank you for our relaxing break. We loved it at St John. All in all a lovely hotel and I would not hesitate to come back.

The tourism resources of Mykonos are not as good as Santorini, so the consumption here is still relatively high, and the flow of tourists is not as good as that of Santorini.
