Hotels near Little Venice in Mykonos

From the moment we got there to the moment we left, this was an absolutely exceptional experience. We spent 4 nights at the Amazon and lovely every second. The location was great for us and was in a quieter area in the west, which was nice to get away from the bustle of the main town and the beach clubs, but if you’re looking to be closer to those you may want to explore other hotels as it was a 15 minute ride into town and back and each ride was about 20-25 Euros. Even so, it was well worth it for us because everything about the hotel was superb. Major kudos to Chronis and the rest of the staff for their tremendous hospitality and assistance with arranging transfers and with reservations and recommendations. For room, we had the Eros suite which I very highly recommend if you can get it. Other rooms have a private pool also but ours was the only one that is heated. Also the room was very private and had gorgeous views of the sea and part of the island. The daily breakfast was also exceptional with numerous options to choose from. The pool area was also beautiful and essentially felt like being at a beach club but without the chaos. Overall we cannot say enough great things about Amazon and would definitely stay here again. I only wish we had more time there but alas we had to move on to Santorini. :)

What a gorgeous hotel. With this incredible pool view, we never even made it down to the ocean. The hotel food, drinks, ambiance, and staff were great, and the rooms felt luxurious and comfortable. 100% would stay here again, especially as it was very reasonably priced for being peak season.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Every request we made was handled positively and efficiently. Chairs for our balcony, printing ferry passes, directions, suggestions, transfers to/from ferry dock, etc. Room was nicely cleaned every morning. Pool bartender was perfect, bringing towels, pointing out HH specials, setting us up with wine ice bucket and plastic wine glasses for our room, etc. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety. We dined in the Restaurant one night and food was tasty, and waiter was smart, efficient, and attentive. The walk to/from town wasn’t that much of an issue, but make sure stairs to your room won’t be an issue because there can be many based on your room location. The hotel has several vertical levels. We really enjoyed our stay and do/can recommend this hotel, mainly because everyone was so service-oriented.

There is a suite with jacuzzi which is super new. The interior is very attractive. Two TVs with great mattresses. It blows out great In the old town of Mykonos. Men have a lot of privacy. The swimming pool is also great. Small drawbacks I found that the front desk is not very competent, and the breakfast is also very standard. But no beautiful place is better than long equipment Have fun, William

The hotel belongs to Aegean Collection and will open in 2020. Convenient location, just in Mykonos Town. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Windmill of Mykonos, Little Venice, I Love Mykonos staircase and other snorkeling places. There are also many restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Mykonos Old Town Pier, and you can take the Sea Bus to New Port and take a boat to Naxos, Santorini and other places. The hotel does not have a parking lot 🅿️, and there is a chance to not drive 🚗 to Old Town during busy hours. There is free parking nearby, but it is difficult to find a parking place. There is also a paid parking lot, more than €10 parking once, and it is not free to enter and exit. So if you are traveling by car, think about how you can put down your luggage in your car to the hotel and drive to other places to play. When checking in, the hotel staff gave us a map and a little introduction to where Mykonos can go. We also informed us that the restaurant downstairs in the hotel has discounts for guests. The room is on the second floor, it is wide, you can open 2 large suitcases at the same time. There is a small terrace with 2 rubber scales, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy a little sea view. Implementing the Greek wind, the main color of the room is blue and white. A painting of Mykonos is hung on the wall. There is a coffee machine in the room, and Nespresso coffee capsules and tea bags are provided. The bathroom has a small decoration shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush and so on. The cylinder position of the enterprise is the same as most hotels in Greece. Glass only accounts for half of the cylinder position, so when showering 🚿, the water will bounce outward. Mykonos at night is getting more and more prosperous, and I feel a lot of party animals . So the hotel downstairs is also a bit noisy. This was an absolutely perfect stay for my boyfriend and I during our island hopping. The entire staff is kind, considerate, and accommodating. We were in Mykonos for just over a day - 2 nights and 1 day, which meant we got in late and left very early. On both occasions they helped us arrange transportation from the airport and to the port area for an extremely fair price. The village is located about 10 kilometers from the main seaside town of Mykonos on a large mountain with gorgeous views. Getting around is not an issue because there is a free shuttle service to the local bike rental shop where you can rent a scooter or quad. We found this to be extremely beneficial because Mykonos was not as walkable as we expected, so having a set of wheels was very convenient and allowed us to explore more in a short period of time. They serve homemade breakfast daily and are located close to a very nice bakery/cafe that is also open late a night, supermarket, tavern, and gas station. On our way out, we had a nice chat with the owner. If we find ourselves in Mykonos again in the future, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Nothing fancy but definitely a great option for families. Relatively large rooms, responsive staff and definitely big on cleanliness. Simos, Adonis and Aggelos at front desk and Fotis at the bar (ask him for recommendations) were of great help. But to be honest all the staff, even the angry pool cleaner :) are extremely helpful. Will definitely come back when in town. They had a problem with water at the pool so we couldn’t use it but chilling there was enough as we were spending more time at the beach anyhow. The hotel can arrange for transportation and activities. Not much at breakfast but definitely good food!

Went in mid-November. It's almost winter. The weather is not very good either. The hotel and surroundings are quite deserted. Booked a hotel shuttle for 20 people for 4 persons per car. Room facilities were ok. Not too delicate. Just make it up. Looks clean. Not many breakfast options. But can eat enough. Walk to town and windmill for about 15 minutes. But really. M. Island is not much fun. Although very close to the bus station. But just 2 buses to Paradise Beach. But we did not wait 10 minutes in advance. Locals say it may not have started. So the price is 15 Euro. No one on the beach was seawater. Is not fun.
