A highly recommended hotel, located in a relatively fresh and artistic hotel in the central area of Mykonos. The tourism resources of Mykonos are not as good as Santorini, so the consumption here is still relatively high, and the flow of tourists is not as good as that of Santorini. Therefore, the prices are relatively high. This hotel is reasonably priced and the environmental facilities are very good. The front desk of the hotel is also very enthusiastic. I stayed in this hotel, twice this year for 2 and 1 nights respectively. The first time it was early February and the second time on March 1st. The overall experience was amazing and the hotel is sparkling as a diamond. The reception desk is the friendliest and most professional I have met in my professional life and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around Europe. The design of the hotel is a landmark of architecture, style and elegance. Rooms are very beautifully decorated, well equipped, warm (I visited the hotel in the middle of the winter) . The shower has a massage and water jet function which is very soothing and relaxing (especially after a hard day's work). Lighting is war and relaxing, while the hotel offered LG OLED and iphone/ Bose charger,base, speaker. After an amazing sleep , I discovered next morning that the hotel is using the best, handcrafted, natural mattresses of Coco Mat. Linen is of highest quality and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also on the same level as the rest of hotel. Usually a continental hotel breakfast is boring, but not this time. The omelet was a traditional greek recipe implemented beautifully, the coffee was fantastic , the traditional greek pies were generous and delicious on the buffet. The location of the hotel is amazing, literally overlooking the Chora of Mykonos, providing the guests the opportunity to enjoy live the most iconic Mykonos view. It is a 2 minutes walk from Mykonos seafront promenade.

This hotel is fabulous. The rooms are spacious, clean, well-equipped and with beautiful views of the sea. The restaurant by the pool side is lovely, the cuisine is delicious, the staff is so attentive and the service is impeccable. The music playing all day long by the poolside makes the experience even better. Total Club Med vibe! The housekeeping staff, the reception staff are all so generous with their time and service, always smiling and ready to please the customers. Special mention must be accorded to dear Elsa, who was super nice and went out of her way to make us all feel so welcome. She made our stay super special with her generosity and support. She's a keeper!

Exceptional, beautiful, faultless! We were absolutely blown away by the high standard of service, cleanliness and attention to detail of this stunning hotel. We stayed for 7 nights, bed and breakfast. Arrival: Upon arrival, we were greeted with a watermelon mocktail, a steamed hot cloth and small hand sanitiser bottle. Friendly staff gave us a map of the town and useful information about taxis and restaurants etc. before escorting us to our room; helping to carry our luggage. Room: The room was spotless, gorgeous decor of crisp white sheets with pops of colour in the rug and artwork. Posh coffee machine. Complimentary bottle of local wine and snacks. Luxury toiletries in the bathroom (which were regularly topped up/ replaced). Arrived at night time but waking up to fully take in our surroundings and sea view in the sunshine was amazing (which by the way, was a free upgrade from a garden room). The cleaning staff were brilliant, always friendly and replaced any towels when left on the floor. Facilities: Again, spotlessly clean walkways and communal areas. Contemporary reception/ lobby area with many comfy seating areas. The pool area was gorgeous, fresh towel station for whenever yours got too soggy. Super comfortable sun beds with thick double beds over the edge of the pool. Staff regularly walk around to ask if you’d like a drink or food. Chilled house music in the background. If you bought spirits, you’d get complimentary nuts and crisps too. Breakfast: 5* is an understatement. I’ve previously stayed in 5* Riu hotels and Kyma knocks them out the park. As it’s much smaller than massive Riu hotels, the attention to detail and service is amazing. The options were amazing including vegetarian and vegan options. The yoghurt and granola station was the best I’ve experienced out of about six 5* Greek hotels I’ve been to before. Fresh coffee and juice straight to your table as well as Prosecco daily!!! We thought it might have been for special guests or someone with a birthday, nope. All guests. Every morning! We would take our glass of Prosecco after breakfast to the shaded lounge area with sofas by the pool to relax. Other: All staff were so helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful back massage one afternoon and we shared a couple’s experience of the spa dipping in all 5 pools with different temperatures and oils. They even took us to the spa in a golf buggy to save us walking uphill. Worth every penny and will 100% return in future!

Myself and a friend booked this hotel pretty last minute after seeing such great reviews. It certainly did not disappoint, every member of staff in this hotel is incredible!! They couldn’t be anymore helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff who are available 24/7 via what’s app to book taxis arrange items needed to be brought to the room nothing is a problem, Extra special thanks to Costas the F&B manager. Not enough words can be said about this man he sincerely can not do enough for you, we have never experimented service like it. We were so happy and enjoyed our stay that we extended by an extra night, the hotel gave us a cheaper rate than we could find online and also upgraded our room (our original room was incredible) to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony!! This will be the only hotel we stay at in mykonos, couldn’t recommend enough we have told all our family, friends and colleagues the same. Book book book, you will not be disappointed

Everything perfect, beautiful location located in a strategic position, breathtaking view from the swimming pool, excellent service, waiters always ready to satisfy every need, the structure is new, fresh, clean.. An absolutely relaxing holiday, the cuisine is excellent at every meal, breakfast without equal.. There is nothing that didn't go well, I recommend it to everyone

Truly the best service I have experienced at a fine hotel. The riviera sets the bar high and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Every staff member was kind, knowledgeable and helpful - day in and day out. They anticipated our needs before we even realized what we needed, and were so helpful and accomodating. Thank you for making our trip so incredible and memorable!

Eleni’s village suites was on the last leg of our tour of the Islands in Greece. We arrived in the afternoon and took a transfer(36 euros for 3 people) from the port. One can easily take the local bus which would cost about 1,80 to 2,30 euros, but we didn’t know that then. We were welcomed at the village suites by Ewe and were shown to our accommodation. This was the only place where we stayed that had a stove, cookware, cutlery cups, coffee maker etc. This meant that we could actually prepare meals as eating out in restaurants in Greece can become very expensive as our rand(zar) was 1/20 against the euro. The accommodation was close to the local bus stop. Just down the road was a supermarket which was very inexpensive and we bought all the necessary stuff to have a decent meal which cost less than 15 euros and that was enough for 3 people. Where we paid for a steak 18 euro at the restaurant on the corner. Even though the suites r close enough to the port it is not close enough to walk. We also were served a complimentary buffet breakfast the 2 mornings that we were there. Lovely fruit, cereals, breads, cookies, coffee and juice. U could eat as much as u wanted. We took the bus down to the port and explored Mykonos, old city and little Venice. The area was beautiful. Lots of restaurants along the walkways and the beach. U could also swim . Eleni’s Village suites were very clean and comfortable. WiFi was good especially to connect with family at home. Unfortunately there were no pool at the place as it was quite warm. The surrounding area is quite dry and looks very rural.

After the old island tour of the country was met on the Holy Island. It’s a real vacation to come to Mykonos. No travel group. The scenery on the island is also very good. I rented a small car and drove on a small road in the country. It feels like the scenery inside the Sun descent. I stayed in the hotel and came inside the sea. The color of the sea here is slightly lighter than that of the Holy Island. Although there is no beach, the feeling of coming here reminds me of the generation. Also very good. It is not water. Each photo is blocked. Ha ha

From the moment we got there to the moment we left, this was an absolutely exceptional experience. We spent 4 nights at the Amazon and lovely every second. The location was great for us and was in a quieter area in the west, which was nice to get away from the bustle of the main town and the beach clubs, but if you’re looking to be closer to those you may want to explore other hotels as it was a 15 minute ride into town and back and each ride was about 20-25 Euros. Even so, it was well worth it for us because everything about the hotel was superb. Major kudos to Chronis and the rest of the staff for their tremendous hospitality and assistance with arranging transfers and with reservations and recommendations. For room, we had the Eros suite which I very highly recommend if you can get it. Other rooms have a private pool also but ours was the only one that is heated. Also the room was very private and had gorgeous views of the sea and part of the island. The daily breakfast was also exceptional with numerous options to choose from. The pool area was also beautiful and essentially felt like being at a beach club but without the chaos. Overall we cannot say enough great things about Amazon and would definitely stay here again. I only wish we had more time there but alas we had to move on to Santorini. :)
