I’ve read many bad reviews on internet that I was about to cancel my reservation. But in the end, our stay was more than amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was to die for and my favorite thing was the pool and the sunset. We even got a free upgrade to spend one night at the diamond villa which costs 10k/night. Truly an unforgettable experience. Worth every penny and will definitely come back with my family.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura ed è il giusto compromesso per una vacanza a Santorini! Non si è in centro ma lo si raggiunge in 10 minuti massimo a piedi, questa è una nota positiva in quanto il centro è saturo di locali che fanno musica con gente che giustamente fa festa e di conseguenza rumore; quindi qui si è in un oasi felice! Le uniche stanze che un po' subiscono il traffico di moto, macchine e quad sono quelle rivolte verso la strada e i residenti di Santorini hanno l'abitudine di girare con le macchine con la musica a tutto volume! Oltre questo baipassabile appunto, la struttura è perfetta per visitare la città e l'isola, hanno il parcheggio privato e una zona esterna molto grande ( cose molto difficili da trovare a Fira) Piscina bella e molto capiente con bar annesso L'Hotel nel complesso è pulito e non manca niente, dispone di una spa che noi non abbiamo sfruttato. La colazione potrebbe essere un po' più ricca sia nel dolce che il salato e di prodotti locali ma non ci si può lamentare! Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e preparato! Lo consigliamo assolutamente perché una struttura così a Fira è il top!

The decoration and service are very good, because the opening is rushed, the details are not in place. It should be tried the restaurant, although there are not many people, but the chef's craftsmanship is first class. I honestly think this is a wonderful hotel. Location is amazing Service was good Room and. Amenities were wonderful The small gym was functional and very good for a basic work out (no water was provided in the existing small gym and no cleaning equipment to wipe after using the facilities) Breakfast was really really good. Great product quality. Housekeeping was done twice Pool service was done well - yet not personalized. If I had to choose again - defiantly would go here. Well done to all staff and management

A highly recommended hotel, located in a relatively fresh and artistic hotel in the central area of Mykonos. The tourism resources of Mykonos are not as good as Santorini, so the consumption here is still relatively high, and the flow of tourists is not as good as that of Santorini. Therefore, the prices are relatively high. This hotel is reasonably priced and the environmental facilities are very good. The front desk of the hotel is also very enthusiastic. Well, the first impression was bad but somehow it managed to be a pleasant stay overall. The thing is the villa collection rooms are desperately in need of a profound renovation! At least both the two we have seen. There were cracks on the walls, a big broken piece on the floor in the entrance, bad condition of some furniture and I was astonished with a huge rusty old sound column in the middle of the room... just why?? Better having nothing. The doors and windows framework look ancient and the light buttons are fallimg apart... please.. it's like 50 dollars into electric stuff and would give an overall better first impression instantly! A lot of strange design choices and materials. The room floor and bathroom ceramics have a faint stained color.. I could not have imagined nothing worse, a ceramic that seems dirty, but it is not... totally off. In the common areas there are also some very questionable weird choices such as the pink velvet everywhere. Other things though seem very nice, a strange mix overall. Design and bad room condition apart the rest of the stay was off good quality overall. The main salty pool is huge, amazing and very clean and is the biggest of the myconian hotels in this complex. The freedom to walk to the other sister hotels in the complex is very interesting making it a huge ground to discover and enjoy. Although very litle information regarding this is provided. I liked the pool and the food of the Imperial for instance. Note that the pool of the Villa collection was always significantly less windy than the others cause it is not facing the beach, it's the best one indeed! Other positives: Room cleaning was afterall very good. Good breakfast. Crazy amount of bath amenities. I never saw soo many bottles replenished everytime and Olivia Thinks brand products are amazing. They should consider big refillable bottles. Room AC very efficient and silent. Very nice dark room at night. Huge new TV in the room. Great balcony. Free tansfers to the beach and town. Amazing pool sunbeds. Delicate and nice hotel scent. No drainge or sewer smell in the bathroom. Other negatives: Trash truck very noisy everyday in front of the breakfast area. Rooms photos in the website are mixed and don't correspond to the category. This is even stated by the reception staff. Old spa facilities. Card to open the room constantly stops working. Beach area with no signs, badly performing staff and overall poor ambiance, it's in the worst part of the beach. Villa collection gym is a joke but you can use the one at the Imperial which is good and modern. Poor info of the resort activities. No app to communicate. Overall I feel that greed took place here as they should really undergo renovations besides growing and building new stuff around. With a room uppscaling and better design choices this could be a really special resort indeed.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years. It has a perfect location, very close to Platys gialos beach. It’s a modern hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff was always helpful and friendly. They always assisted us with all our needs. The accommodations were lovely and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Lovely bar and pool. We are delighted to recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering a visit to Mykonos.

Nothing fancy but definitely a great option for families. Relatively large rooms, responsive staff and definitely big on cleanliness. Simos, Adonis and Aggelos at front desk and Fotis at the bar (ask him for recommendations) were of great help. But to be honest all the staff, even the angry pool cleaner :) are extremely helpful. Will definitely come back when in town. They had a problem with water at the pool so we couldn’t use it but chilling there was enough as we were spending more time at the beach anyhow. The hotel can arrange for transportation and activities. Not much at breakfast but definitely good food!
