The full kitchen is misleading. There were no knives, cutting board or other tools for you to cook. The handout in the room suggested you could ask for them but availability was limited. And if you cook seafood, you will be fined.

Horrible. It is our first night here out of 5 nights, and I have already booked another room for the rest of our trip. Hair on the fridge. One towel in the bathroom. Absolutely NO kitchen supplies, so don't fall for the kitchenette "just like home". Dirty, dented floors, walls, fridge, spider crawling in the cupboards. The front desk girl is super sweet and the pool looks nice, but that's about all this place has going for it

Arrived with our reservation confirmation in hand after booking directly with hotel and they did not have a room for us. Blamed on a system error and did not even bother to offer an apology, no help nor compensation for our trouble. DO NOT BOOK HERE! Thankfully we were able to find another nearby hotel on this busy holiday weekend, but unfortunately much more expensive.

The place was filthy I had blood stains on my sheets bugs all over the place TVs would not work the whole place smelled like cigarettes we left early in the next morning I asked about a refund for one night since I booked 2. I should have taken some pictures

Very clean. Staff was very friendly! Informative. Location is very close to the Beach itself. And not far from the boardwalk. Great location. Swimming pools etc. I would go back !!

So where we got there that was look like no one clean the rooms... the sofa was discussed black stains everywhere we couldn't even sit on it and when we did complain to change our room they said we try do tomorrow but nothing happened.. We stayed family of 9 they give us only 4 towels and 2 toilet papers And we have only 2 chairs Outside the pool was yellow look like never was cleaned a lot of send and pee no one even clean any thing.. Also around was waking a lot of **********.. no good area for family with kids..I traveling a lot but I will not visit this place again and do not recommend to stay there

I traveled from North Carolina to the beach for a brief getaway with my kids. And I was really disappointed. The staff was excellent and friendly. The hotel itself is something completely different. The couches in every room that I was shown (about 4/5 rooms) all had large stains on them. The lady at the front allowed me to see different rooms if we could find a room with an acceptable couch and we weren’t able. Also half of the rooms we couldnt access because the main key didnt work. So I was offered extra sheets to cover the couches because my toddler can’t resist jumping/sitting on the couch. The rooms didn’t have any trash cans to dispose of any trash. The two TVs didn’t work. One wasn’t connected to anything and I tried to connect it. The second didn’t have a remote control. I tried to download an app to control the smart tv with no success. I called the front desk to
