I am highly upset and honestly think I deserve a refund! The room did not have hot water! And the thermostat was messed up and the room stunk badly!

The hotel was not very clean. Apparently there was a boxing event going on in the area and they were registering at this hotel. It made it very uncomfortable for my daughter and I being both females walking around the hotel. In the morning I went down for coffee and the entire lobby was full of the people registering for the event we couldn’t even get to the breakfast area and we got ready and just checked out.

The room was ok for just a quick overnight stay, but only because I had my own sheets. The bed linen had old stains and marks on them even down to the mattress cover. There were stains on the walls, ceiling. Hair is a few places. The water didnt stay hot for shower. The sink was stopped up. The mattress is way too soft, i woke up sore 😫. The staff were friendly tho. I didn't chance going to breakfast.

Had an awesome stay! My only concern is that the non smoking policy didn’t seem to apply to pot. The smell was quite overwhelming on our floor. Other than that we would definitely stay here again!

Nice rooms and very clean. Bathroom is laid out weird and door didn’t want to lock. Air conditioner wasn’t really cooling very well. Would stay here again though.

Comfortable beds. Very nice to have the sink outside of the bathroom. This makes sharing the room with a family of 4 much easier. Good breakfast and location close to UNCW a plus.

Wilmington is nice but this hotel not so nice. Had to switch rooms because of musty smells. One of the front lady's, not sure if it was a manager, instead of knocking, opened our door and came in because it didn't close correctly. Breakfast was lacking badly. Just overall not a nice stay.
