I booked an Executive Room at Regenta Central Herald Mysore expecting a premium experience, but the reality was the exact opposite. Despite a late check-in at 10:00 PM, the hotel was completely unprepared for our arrival.
Major Failures:
• Paid Amenities Not Provided: We paid for extra beds for three rooms. Despite calling housekeeping multiple times, only one bed was delivered at 1:00 AM. The other two never arrived, even though they were fully paid for in advance.
• Hygiene Issues: For an Executive category room, the cleanliness was appalling. The surfaces were covered in dust and the towels provided were stained/dirty.
• Maintenance: The toilet was clogged upon arrival, which is unacceptable for any room, let alone a premium one.
• Unresponsive Staff: We spent most of our "rest" time following up with housekeeping. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and failed to provide the basic hospitality expected from this property.
It is disappointing to pay for a higher room category and receive such negligent service. I am currently seeking a refund through Trip.com for the unfulfilled services. Highly recommend looking elsewhere in Mysore.

Booked 10 rooms with 2 beds. Needed separate beds because we are not husband and wife, so booked twin beds.
When we checked in, we got 1 large bed in every room. So disappointed.
They said there was a wedding today, the rooms would be full and they changed the whole floor for the wedding party, so they didn't reserve a room with 2 beds for us even though we had already paid.

The room and surrounding facilities were both clean. The bed sheets were also satisfactory, and the surroundings were well organized, providing comfort. The staff's service was friendly and there was no inconvenience.

Booked through one of the travel apps. Was unsure until check-in, but super happy with my choice. Check in was smooth, welcome drinks are served on arrival. Room allotted to us was very comfortable, clean washroom and clean linens. In-house Restaurant is quite a spacious one. Buffet breakfast is a good spread. Eggs and dosa can be made to order. Idli was one of the softest I've had in a really long time. Options were enough to ensure satiety and avoid wastage. Dinner buffet again had good options. The chef was very understanding and offered to prepare simple food for my parents. Tasty food, great staff and good location. Definitely coming back.
