I was on a business trip and stayed here due to proximity of the site I was visiting. There is nothing else around within walking distance. Bed was saggy, and the the room, furniture and furnishings were old and worn out even in the two room suite. Only good thing was the room rate, but maybe "you get what you pay for" applies to this hotel. Do not book the rate that includes breakfast, unless there are ***y of you in the room. It's MUCH cheaper to just buy breakfast each day.

Great location beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff most friendly and helpful receptionist Specially Anshika Gurung and Saurav Yadav from west bengal, everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner I would like to thank to Sahil sharma was attentive and efficient, room itself was well.I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Location is good. Rooms are average. Ac had issues that couldn’t be fixed. Veg options in dinner/bfast can be improved

The hotel has lost its credibility. The quality of the property including service has dropped below average. It used to be a wonderful hotel before. The ac in the rooms do not work well and the restaurant ac doesn't work and they put a fan next to us when we complained abt the heat. The evening buffet has such a pathetic spread that we felt it's a waste of money. There is no fresh feel in the room with wallpapers peeling off and no proper response to any request made. Utterly disappointed.

The hotel was earlier better ***aged when it was under country inn & suites. The new ***agement does not even ensure to take the service & hospitality seriously, considering they claim to be a 5-star. Starting from the reception, there is no welcome greeting to guests, let alone having a door*** to open the hotel doors. The front desk, despite providing all id proofs, immediately took 20 minutes to assign rooms at 6 pm. When i reached the rooms, the doors were open and still being serviced. The rooms were rather basic and cleanliness well maintained, however the supplies were refilled miniature bottles which made it not too good to use. The biggest disappoin**ent was that in the peak heat the air conditioning in the room never worked as i & my family were left perspiring most of the time despite getting the technical team look at it twice and claim that the ac was working. The restaurant was not at all hygienic as tables were not cleared, cleaned or santised let alone the floors. As the rooms the ac in the restaurant was was hardly working making it stuffy. The buffet spread for breakfast was empty at 9 am and was hardly being replenished, with the live counter for dosas and eggs taking 45 min to get an order to the table that was incomplete. To sum it up, if you need a hotel to just gets a night sleep and forget about hospitality you can choose the mysore county retreat otherwise there are much better 4 star hotels i'm mysore offering better hospitality and alteast being air conditioned in the peak mysore heat at this time of the year.
