It was all good. clean, good room and good location and well lit with a good restaurant. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that after I paid all my restaurant bill for dinner, next AM while checking out they held us up saying I still have some due from dinner last night. I just paid and left, didn't want to fight for a small amount but rue the time loss and why we were not told right after dinner if that was the case.

The staff was very helpful, accommodating our request for early check-in. The food options were satisfactory, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience was that there was no assistance available to help us with our bags, so we had to handle them ourselves.

Bed and pillows are firm as well as soft the perfect fit. It not like you sink on the mattress bit still spongy feel. The rooms are very spacious and workbench and couch is available. In room service was very quick and you could expect the food within 15 min of ordering. Rooms were very clean

Nice environment,good spaces room and service..... reception n other staff is very polite...and supporting Breakfast is fresh n delicious as you expect in morning...just juice are not their rest are good ......I got reseverion in sort period

Comfortable stay. Spacious room and good breakfast. Helpful staff. Location is next to bus stand. Enough car parking. Overall good experience. One of the very decent stays and value for money. Would highly recommend.

This is my second visit in HPI, very discipline ***agement and very happy and humble team to help and they make you feel home away from home . I might not even think any other hotel when I am been cared like HPI . Every induvial from HPI are always happy to assist. Great work team

The food was really nice... specially red chutni.. service Is also nice specially kind behavior of staff.. I would like to visit this place for sure..rooms r very spacious n balcony view I really beautiful

Mold in bathroom. No proper cleaning. Staff was courteous but the hotel was understaffed and basic services like cleaning and laundry that are offered in standard Indian hotels were not regular. Unclean sheets and unhygienic bathroom.
