I have selected this hotel because we're traveling with our pet. Thus we needed a pet-friendly hotel. Advantages are 1. Its pet a friendly hotel. 2. Good location. Areas to improve: 1. Overall cleanliness and hygiene. I had to call the hotel front office guy literally to my allowed room to show the lack of hygiene in every single corner of the most costly room that they call as a Le royal suite. The senior-most gentleman said, they are thinking of taking care of hygiene but are unable to do it because of very less amount against the booking. 2. The room service staffs are not trained to do the work and has no knowledge of the hotel and services. For most of the shortfall, they say. They are very new and don't know anything thus can't help much. 3. For almost every room amenities that they claim, you have to check on your own whether it's working or not. I. E. Room ac, tv, electric cattle, bed sheet, pillow cover cleanliness, room service, complimentary water bottle, etc. If you don't ask for it, they won't give you it even if it's very basic stuff. Very poorly managed hotel service especially when everyone is very conscious about hygiene and cleanliness. As a family traveler with kid and pet, overall very discomfort stay all the time.
