Disappo8ntu g and disgusting, the hotel in at least 40 years old, very poorly managed, pathetic staff, horrible rooms,bathroom tiles are broken, wires in the floor loose, light fused, lamp loose. The list is endless,

Overpriced for a poor cleanliness hotel. Sheets & pillows (and cases) old and stained/dirty, furniture old and stained. Room tired and shabby, bathroom unclean, filthy mirror and shower glass look like it had never been cleaned. That's without including no hot water and to ac's not working correctly (moved room as one did not work. Positives, staff friendly, restaurant good, location to place good.

The main highlight about the hotel is its location. Its hardly 100 meters to the mysore palace. The rooms were decent. However there was no water purifier available in the hotel and we had to buy from the reception at higher prices than mrp. Other than that it was good. As i said there could have been a water purifier or something. We should have access to clean purified drinking water. The water they provided in jug was tap water and not drinkable.

1. We paid for 1 night for single room. Which is very costly! the facilities were not upto the mark. Bathroom was not clean. Bathroom light was not working, they took lot of time to change the bulb. Room was not clean and it was very small compared to what price we paid. These are some of the pictures!

This is a hotel which you should book if no other hotel is available. Located just behind Mysore Palace, the location is great and is close to many tourist spots. But this where the praises stop. This is an old hotel that is in a dire need for restoration. No ventilation in the rooms, cockroaches everywhere, dirty pillow cases and blankets, walls are cracking, wooden furnitures have developed molds all over. Hotel wifi does not work, it has hair dryer that doesn’t work and rest of the appliances I dared not to use. The attached restaurant “Dynasty” is mediocre at best. For an early checkin of 45mins they had an audacity to ask for a charge of ₹1000, which is completely unreasonable.
