Hotel Casa Meridian

Found the stay comfortable and found the staff very prompt, friendly and responsive. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is about 3km from the railway station and situated right next to kukkarahalli lake which is excellent for morning and evening walks. There's a ton of restaurant options within a km as well and one right on top of the hotel as well.

It's a pretty average property, rooms and facilities don't fit 3 star hotel status. Room size was good. In term of security it's not good. No one will ask you while you go in or out. My room was at 4th floor and there the common area has a glass wall separating it from stairs but there are no glass in that wall. So it's not safe. In term of facility they give 1ltr water for two people in a room which i think is less and it should be 2ltr, i got towels named from another hotel not sure why, and they do not have a restaurant so if you opt for breakfast you will get food from some outside. Although they charge almost double if you opt for breakfast. In terms of parking they have basement parking but there is space for only 4 cars. Pors is that it's an on-road hotel with almost 2 to 4 km distance from the palace so it will be convenient if you stay here. The staff is good and cooperative.

Actually there is no proper maintenance like it's dusty and no curtain in washroom no dental kit and even there is no tea also even the hotel they associated with will open at 11 and no kettle or tea sachets or milk powder sachets. Ceiling also has cracks no renewal or painting is done

Room was full of mosquitoes and not cleaned

This hotel is the worst. Don't opt for this unless you really want somewhere to stay even at a hefty price. Unfortunately i booked 2 rooms ( family rooms ) for 1 night. Charged around 7. 4k ( for 2 rooms ) for 1 night. I think room service is something which they never have heard of. 1. No towels 2. No handwash/soap. 3. Dirty washbasin 4. Dirty commod 5. Washroom dustbins not cleaned at all ( had crumbled toilet paper and empty shampoow pouches ) 6. Wardrobes were not clean. 7. No ac remote in 1 room. When you pay this much amount. You expect quality service. They claim to be a 3 star hotel. Personal opinion : 1 star hotel at max.

Uncleaned washrooms and no hygiene at all.

No cleanliness. No support by hotel staff. No response for wifi not working. 1st day no breakfast after repeated enquiry had to go out without breakfast. No drinking water provided. No hot water kettle provided after complaining to you on phone they provided one on 2nd day.
