Not a right a place if you are looking for resort experience. This property is unders renovation and there is dust everywhere. No swimming pool. No recreation area. There is nothing actually. Not at all worth for the price.

Not even half an hour of early check-in was given. You need to pay for getting extra time. Rooms hygiene is okay okay.

Quite a bad experience. From the cleanliness of the rooms, to facilities, to service, everything was sub-par. We booked a room for 3 people, and initially the room had only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. There wasn't even enough drinking water for 3 people. All the furniture was run down and in poor shape. Upon requesting additional towels and water, we were told it would arrive shortly but didn't for the next 2 hours. We had to go and ask again atvthe reception, at which point they questioned which number we had called. The bathtub and shower curtain were dirty. The next morning we went for breakfast, there were dirty plates lying on the buffet counter, half of the food was over and hadn't been restocked. The service again was abysmal. Overall it was not a great experience, will not visit again

poor maintenance for example ac is not properly maintained and electrical switches is not good working. entertainment TV is not properly recharge. we are tamil people but not recharge Tamil channel for four hours. they are struggling with us. worst maintain. extra bed not given 😴. after we argued then given. so totally worst.

Golden landmark is just a budget hotel. The property is poorly maintained with unhygienic toilets. It is not worth the price. I’m done.

The palce is good as far a location is concerned and the kind of greenery it has. But it is very low on maintenance and rooms and bathrooms
