I am very disturbed with trip.com assigned very small room for 2+1 pax which is badly impacted us and amenities is totally 0 . I never expected this in my 1st transaction

Pathetic experience. Booked 2 rooms in villa park. The rooms were not cleaned. Full of bed bugs. My 3 year old couldnt sleep. Body full of bite marks. I raised a complaint but no use. Highly expensive but no quality at all. Not worth for the money you pay.

The place did not have working ac. Their sports themed rooms were in okay condition, and we were given a room in a floor where there was a lot of blockage and saw dust infront of our door. The staff was friendly though. I won’t go back again

We booked here for our 2-day stay in mysuru. The rooms were extremely large and spacious with comfortable beddings. We got the balcony with the view of the garden with lush green trees. Breakfast was simple and delicious. My favourite was idle and crispy vada. First day was below average as there was no hot water which was sorted next day. They even have a restaurant which serves good food.

The rooms were not at all clean and poorly maintained. Broken switches, no housekeeping staff and poorly equipped.
For the money they are charging it felt like being robbed to be honest. The worst part is the restaurant. The staff is very lethargic and uncooperative. A serious piece of advice. In case opting for a stay here do not go with the breakfast included option. You will find much better options outside.
I took my Vehicle ***** with me the basement parking was very cramped and to make it worse some drain water had seeped in during my stay giving out a filty stench.
The only plus for this property is it's location and that's about it.

Hotel has a unique sports theme which was a nice touch which hadn’t experienced before. The rooms are huge and have nice view on both sides. However the hotel looked as though it had seen its prime once upon a time and lacked maintenance. In our room the shower was broken, the bedspread was not comfortable and when asked for an extra pillow other than the two that they provided, the answer was they didn’t have any as all rooms were booked. However what made up our stay was the restaurant. The crisp veg restaurant attached to the hotel had excellent vegetarian food and everything we ordered was just perfect. Prasanna, provided an amazing service to our table and the ***ager lakshmikant was nice as well. Definitely recommend the restaurant for yummy veggie food but not the hotel itself, if you’re looking for a stay.
