Rooms were average. Quality check on rooms not done. Cockroaches in bathroom. Window latch broken had to change room after check in. Staff was courteous and buffet lunch was good.

Though room is ok bathroom is very minuscule. Bad engineering and very congested. Ewc is in shower area while you take shower water, not really comfortable. Break fast though it was informed limited, we found that the serving was really far less in quantity. I recommend inform guests that you do not serve breakfast. Not really happy.

Room was large and spacious, in a good location too. Had a few plumbing issues which were never resolved. Water bottles were provided, but no other food was available. Breakfast is as good as non-existent, provided 2 idli vada on a few days. No coffee tea available in early mornings which was another issue.

The complementary breakfast was very satisifying. The services were quick and efficient. 24 hours hot water facility is available. The staff are very obliging and respectful. Basement partkibg facility ia also avaipable. The hotel is loction at the heart of kuvenpunagara. You have all the shopping marts at a walkable distance. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

The room was too small. Door of washroom was not closing properly. The sofa provided in the room was torn and in a very bad shape. Lobby was too narrow and in the event of any mishap evacuation would have been a very difficult process. There were seepage marks on the wall. There is only one socket for charging. The lighting of the room was too poor. The bathroom was too small to use. They could not serve tea in the morning at 0700 hours as said by them. All over it was a terrible experience and i would not suggest anybody to visit this hotel.
