The whole point of going away was to have the kids be able to go swimming and the pool areas was filled with chlorine so bad that our eyes were burning we couldn’t stop coughing couldn’t breathe. It was unbearable. Both myself my step daughter and boyfriend were sick for the rest of the night and we were in the pool area for 5 minutes couldn’t even enjoy it
Breakfast was good. Hotel room was clean. Toilet was loud and water kept running. Our room was right behind the elevator so all night and day the room vibrated and was so loud due to the elevator.

This hotel is in a great location, lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. The fellow working the desk when we checked in was terrific, but lady afterwords not so much. The pool has so much chlorine in it that I could only stay in the hot tub for a few minutes. The air burned my eyes the fumes were so strong! Then to top it off there were no towels. I had asked for extra towels for the room and then the maid took them when she cleaned! She even took the bath mat! I tried to get an extra pillow but was told there were none. How can you call yourself a hotel and not have towels or pillows?? The walls are thin and we could hear people in the hallway and cars outside. The breakfast and coffee were pretty good though.

When I walked in to check in the young lady at the desk was on her phone watching videos, when she finally saw me she asked, “can I do something for you”? The pool room had so much chlorine, you couldn’t sit in there without your eyes and throat burning. No extra pillows or blankets. Not a good experience at all. Won’t be back.

There was only one set of towels. No extra toilet paper and only very partial very low rolls. Breakfast was literally dried out and horrible.
