Heliotrope the Studios

Great place to stay. Simple, but very extensively equipped with items and equipment. Cleaning is done every day and the apartment lady is very friendly and helpful. No negative points whatsoever.

Μείναμε στο Heliotrope για δύο βράδια στα μέσα Νοεμβρίου. Τα πάντα ήταν εξαιρετικά, το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, πολύ άνετο για τρία άτομα και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Με δυο τηλεοράσεις, με κουζίνα και μέσα στο κέντρο, κοντά στα μαγαζιά και τον εμπορικό δρόμο. Αλλά το κυριότερο ήταν η εξυπηρέτηση των ανθρώπων του, η καλή τους διάθεση και η προθυμία τους. Γνωρίσαμε την Μαρία στην υποδοχή που μας βοήθησε και μας εξήγησε τα πάντα με λεπτομέρειες για την πόλη και το νησί από την πρώτη στιγμή. Μαρία σε ευχαριστούμε για όλα Να έχετε πάντα υγεία, καλές δουλειές και καλό χειμώνα Θα ξαναμεναμε πάλι και μόνο εκεί Στέλλα, Βιβή, Μαρία

Very nice, centrally located apartment with a small balcony, comfortable bed, hot shower, small kitchenette and large fridge - everything very clean. Maria at the reception was super friendly, always helpful and gave me lots of tips for exploring the island... highly recommended!

Pros: *Rooms are spacious and clean  *Bedding was also very spotless, collared and neat. *There were some bottled waters in the fridge. * The central location. Cons: *There is a serious issue with parking as the property only provides one parking space in total. *The lady we met at the reception as well as in our telephone communication was inhospitable. As if he did us a favor by renting us the room. And one good morning when he first saw us at check in he forcefully said it to us.（ A smile never hurt anyone.） * The soundproofing of the rooms is unacceptable. *The image of the reception was heartbreaking. The place should be more neat since the first image you get when you arrive is very important. * We stayed on the third floor, while there was an elevator up to the second. There was an elderly person in our group and he had difficulty climbing the stairs. I think I should have been informed about this before our attendance. Overall I would not recommend or visit again. .

Comfortable accommodation in the heart of the city. A very good alternative to the "classic" hotel with kitchen and an available and efficient maintenance service. Close to all amenities. Quiet and calm. Excellent, warm welcome. We had a very good stay. If we come back we won't hesitate.

We stayed in the studios and were very pleased with the welcome and the cleanliness which is incredible! Also the fact that you feel like your home thanks to Mrs. Maria, thank you very much, we will definitely meet again when we come to the island again!
